Chicken was good and plenty of it. Ribs were like rubber, honestly, couldn't pull them apart with my hands. Had about 4 or 5 bites and gave up. Sauce was good. Baked beans were average. A lot of food for the money I think. They gave us free sodas with our food.
My Dad who is 90 wanted to try out this BBQ. So today we did. We ordered 2 rib platters and 2 chicken platters. Each came with a side (we chose collard greens, baked beans and 2 orders of mac and cheese). The total came to $60 ($15 per platter) which I thought was very reasonable especially since each platter had a lot of food! The chicken was cooked perfectly and tender. The chicken was amazing. The ribs had great flavor but they were a bit overcooked we had a hot sausage as well and it was also really good. It’s a roadside stand with outdoor seating only but it fun to eat messy barbecue outside. The staff was so friendly I couldn’t believe how nice they were. I’d definitely recommend to a friend.
