This is a must stop if you miss the old days, friendly people, comfortable semi retro cozy inside, and the ice cream is delicious! Must get a shake. Very friendly staff, she was on her own but she handled my large order kindly and with accuracy. The food was great, I always love the chicken tenders and Texas toast. Blizzards were made great and very full of toppings. The indoor seating area is cute with wooden booths, the bathroom is outdoors and it's 1 unisex restroom. Only fault is the door doesn't lock but it was clean and surprisingly warm. Overall a great place for lunch and a treat.
The ice-cream is good. I'm not sure about the rest of the menu. The water is terrible. They really should consider selling bottled water and bottled soda. I know they have a filtration system but ive tried that water before it was installed. I personally think it isn't enough. The employees are very nice and friendly. The place could use an update, bathrooms. Included
