A nice outdoor dining experience with excellent views. The fries were pretty good and the drinks were fine. Service seemed pretty slow.... It always took a while for the drinks to arrive. Parking was horrendous and there was no parking validation offered by the restaurant.

Horrible and rude service from the hosts. Slow unresponsive service from the waiter. Never coming here again. Went to Fauborg after and the experience could not have been better. Go there instead.

Great experience, great vibe, the only thing is that the food comes out different when you say bruschetta and you show your kind of bruschetta, and if I ask for a margarita pizza, you bring me plain i will appreciate if i was told we do not have that but instead tis hat we have it will be better. other then hat great experience i will definitely go back

 I went with a group of five people to celebrate a birthday. the ambience is great. The music was awesome. I would have given it five stars, except for the fact that I have two extra miscellaneous charges on my credit card from the night that are not mine that I now have to call credit card company to despite. I Would definitely like to go back again if this was not going to be an issue in the future.

Came here at night on Mothers Day Sunday for drinks after a comedy show at NJPAC .. very nice ambiance . The view was stunning .. came with my husband but it would make a nice ladies night out too! We ordered the sliders and then gourmet popcorn and both were delicious. For drinks , chill ambiance, beautiful scenery and a light snack it was a perfect pick for the night. Will return again!

Not a place to come to if your hungry. Brunch was a fail, service was not good. It wasn't even that busy when we were there to not have basic things Iike cutlery or water refills.

Alto was terrific! I wasn't sure what to expect, but the drinks were great (I went for margaritas, my wife had cosmos) the "snacks" were good-sized portions, actually and really good! Very imaginiative menu. But best of all is the venue itself- we started out on the deck, with a just spectacualr view, but as thunderstorms came in, we all migrated indoors to the lounge, which has this great Jetsons/airport bar vibe to it. Great first visit to Montclair!

I went for the Wednesday night Bingo and we had a great time. It was a nice day, so everyone was on the rooftop. The food was good and I will definitely be going back.

I took my girlfriend here as a part of a date night prior to seeing a show at the Wellmont theater down the street. The food was terrible, the music was distasteful no energy what's so ever and the drinks were disgusting. I honestly felt that my one drinks was made by using a dish towel and ringing out the liquid into my glass. The food was cold and clearly weren't cooked all the way through. This place where I visit in the past from time to time and had enjoyable experiences in the past, which is why I choose to go there this evening, just didn't care that night. I wish I can get my money back because it was a joke.
Small menu for brunch and one of the main brunch items was not available. Service was friendly good food was good. The ambience was strange. I felt like I was eating a breakfast sandwich the morning after in a nightclub.

We were disappointed at the menu. It did not have many choices. The choices it did have were limited to gluten free and dairy free customers. I was not happy with the taste of my food as well. I think the drinks were pricy and sugary. The presentation was awesome the taste not so much. I guess the view is great however we were there at night. I love the lounge feel but for the price we paid between parking and dinner I think that was our first and last time going there. We love trying new places and have no problem spending money on food and even parking but unfortunately it was not worth it.

The Place had potential with the atmosphere, location, but definitely needs help with the Vibe and the D.J. He would put a song on and walk away and was not feeling the room or crowd.

So cute! It was early so it was empty. We had drinks and apps. Pork and black bean sliders were so good. Delivered hot which I love. So flavorful and the perfect meal before a show at the Welmont. Three big sliders per order. Very worth the money. Service could have been better. Look forward to coming again in warm weather to sit outside!!
