The food here is very good but the service is terrible. The morning shift has great hospitality, very warm and welcoming. I can't say the same for the night crew. I gave them my order and it took 15 minutes for them to make it. They were very nice and catering but the manager on shift kept distracting them from their task at hand which was making my food. I did not catch the managers name but she was very rude on her phone and has no customer service skills.
Nice cafe lounge but a bit overpriced & overrated (as is lots of college food), last resort when other food places are closed or far away, some good stuff but after awhile the food/menu selection feels a little unimpressive...the smoothies are probably the best go to and it's nice and cozy when it's cold outside though!!

When I ask for an extra toasty, less balsamic two tomato caprese, it's still greasy and soggy. Tastes good though. Also grilled cheese is supposed to be *cough cough* GRILLED. not a greasy barely browned sandwich. Just take it easy on the grease guys...
