A slice of New York City in Montclair. The cocktails are expensive but many would say it's worth it for the atmosphere and the circus alone. I sat at the bar and watched the bartender perform magic for over an hour. It was a beautiful site. I'll definitely go back as there are a few more signature cocktails that I would really like to try. It's not very big with only a few seats at the bar, but there are high tops, seats near the window, and a few outdoors.

Bar Franco is such a cute vibey spot for a cocktail and Kelly is always at the door dressed to perfection to invite you in. Staff is so friendly and cocktails are amazing !! Kelly even came out to the vip lounge with her little yellow note pad to take our order. We adore her !!

Overall the meal was great. It was the perfect spot for dinner before seeing a show at the Welmont. The stuffed peppers were an excellent appetizer. The gnocchi Cacio e Pepe were great. Texture was perfect.

I had the following from the specials menu: Fall Panetella salad and Roasted Chicken with farro. The salad was delicious with apples, endive, goat cheese with apple cider vinaigrette. I don't like the bitter taste of endive but this combination was excellent. The chicken was crispy, tender and well seasoned. The farro and eggplant reduction made this dish extraordinary.

The entrance to my daughter’s bridal shower was Bar Franco .. the vibe was so so cool! Set the tone for the afternoon! Craft specialty drinks were so fun. Love the decor and atmosphere! Really stunning, intimate , and sophisticated . Bringing the guys back soon !
Steve our waiter was so professional and personal. He made our experience above and beyond our expectations. The chef cooked our meals exceptionally well. We look forward to coming back soon

The food was delicious. Loved my chicken Parmesan. It was like a pizza. The Caesar salad and zucchini flowers were especially delicious and fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant for a beautiful night out in Montclair.

Brunch menu was different than shown on their website online. Many items were missing. Upon arrival they ask if you want flat or sparkling water. We said flat and they have the audacity to charge you $10 for what obviously is a refilled bottle of water. They make no mention of tap water as an option. Very taken aback when we saw the charge on the bill. No wonder there were only 2 other patrons there on a beautiful Sunday.

We had a wonderful time at Fresco Da Franco! We took our friends who were visiting from Montana and it did not disapoint. We had an early reservation so we were literally the only people in the restaurant for atleast an hour, but even then, all the food was timed perfectly. The service was wonderful, food was delicious and ambiance was so delightful. We'll DEFINITELY be coming back!

Everything within the dining room was wonderful. We had a excellent waiter that was training a new waiter, I believe his name was Robert. He was very good. As for the restaurant staff, the hostess and wait staff were ideal. We had a 7:30PM reservation on Tuesday, August 27th, 2024
