Dinner was great, as usual. Wonderful service and cocktails. Noise level took away from the dining experience. Music was way too LOUD. Also, please bring back the side dish of broccoli rabe. Your entrees are delicious but don't include veggies.

Excellent all around. I chose this restaurant as it is walking distance from the Wellmont Theater and was sure what to expect. Everyone loved their appetizers and meal. Would definitely go back. The service was great as well. Can't say enough good things about this new favorite restaurant.

Service was good, waiters were attentive, drinks were good, food was good. All of that wants you to go back again. I also have to mention about the place where it is located is very desirable to sit and eat, and walk around, makes it inviting to go there.

While the service was not terrible and no one was rude, I requested decor for my anniversary and even called various times and no one answered. The day of, it was not there and we were given a table next to the kitchen. The food was very expensive and the menu was different from what I saw online. I would not recommend this restaurant for the price.

I have been to Frescos multiple times and every time the food and service becomes less than mediocre and not worth the expense, when there are many other fine dining places locally. After having been seated for 20+ minutes, we had to flag a waiter to give us menus, take drink order and discuss specials. Additionally, a part of our appetizer arrived mid-way during our main dinner being served.

We sat at the bar and the ambience was great! It was a nice place to go nearby before our dinner reservation elsewhere. Caprese e burrata and ricotta tartufo was delicious! Overall, great place to go if you want a quick drink/apps before dinner or date night!
My wife and I came here a few years ago and we had a great time and the food tasted fresh, had a presentation, and was made in a reasonable amount of time. However it seems these basic things fell to the bottom of their priority list. Food had no flavor, my chicken tasted dry and came cold and the mashed potatoes tasted like it came from a bag. My wife had a shrimp scampi that lacked the proper amount of shrimp and they only put sauce in the middle of the plate so everything around it tasted dry and stale. The staff was nice, including the hostess and the manager that took care of the bill. Also, drinks were good which is always a plus. Word of advice, get back to the food part of this restaurant. Get back to making quality food and leave the “nightlife” scene alone.

Amazing customer service. I got the gnocchi and rigatoni dish, as well as the meatball appetizer. They were each gorgeous in terms of presentation, and while they all shined in their own way, I found the gnocchi to be very rich. Overall, would highly recommend.

It was our 1st time dining here to celebrate my husband's Birthday. We sat outside which was nice considering they had outdoor heaters and it was a beautiful night. Overall, we had a great experience but there were a few minor hiccups. We started with 2 appetizers, meatballs and crude bruschetta. I was a little bummed because the arancini that was listed on the online menu wasn't on the menu that's given at the restaurant. I only had 1/2 a meatball so I can't judge the crude. To be honest, I really didn't care for it. It had a weird mushy consistency and fell apart in the sauce before I was able to get it onto my plate. There was some kind of spice in it that was off putting to me. For dinner I had the flounder francese which came over mashed potatoes and it was fantastic! My husband had black ink pasta with clams, mussels, etc... and he really enjoyed it. My son and his spouse both had a pasta dish and they were both really pleased. The star of the dinner was the strawberry shortcake dessert with a milky, creamy whipped cream that the wait staff poured on table side. I can't even describe how absolutely delicious this dessert was. The service was good but there was something missing that I can't put my finger on. We didn't feel rushed at all. The ambiance was fun. After 9:00 they had a DJ which created a really lively atmosphere. There is a bar next door that we didn't go to however; the vibe looked cool and I'll definitely make sure to next time!

It was lovely weather to sit outdoors. We had gone for after dinner drinks. Amazing service. Drinks were great. We did get the, warm chocolate dessert, which was fantastic. A very lively atmosphere. Will return again.

First time at this restaurant and it did not disappoint! The marinara sauce on my eggplant rollatini was a balanced and tasty counterpoint to the filling. My fellow lunchers also had lovely tasting experiences from this menu. It was a beautiful day and the dining experience was open air, adding to the enjoyment. The service was impeccable!
