A(n Upper) Montclair classic to which I return every chance I get. The bagels are great - it's our go-to spot for ham, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches - and the staff - Tina and her team - create a family atmosphere that is at once welcoming and familiar. It always feels like coming home, especially after that first bite....

My kids’ favorite bagels and some of their favorite people. Owners are beyond kind and generous- exactly the type of police you want to visit in your neighborhood for a morning connection, smile, and nourishment!

Beyond the Bagel is my favorite bagel shop in Montclair. The bagels are puffy, with a soft interior and crunchy exterior. I particularly like their plain and egg bagels.I also like the fact they have Joe Teas for sale too. Love those!
