I arrived 15 minutes after open, and the pastry display was only a third formed and the coffee not yet brewed. That shows poor consideration for your customers who walked through the cold, in my view. Two small coffees are just a bit shy of $10. No way.
such a beautiful spot. Marie does are so nice and take their time to make you great coffee. I love the atmosphere and the setting. The vibe is always great. It’s also black owned which I love.

Lovely neighborhood cafe near the Walnut train station. Great service and great drinks. It’s awesome to find a place that really knows how to make a matcha latte. We also tried one of their pumpkin scones the other day— perfect taste and not too sweet!

There are a lot of places you can have coffee nowadays, however, very few deliver a flawless latte like Bleu Coffee. Delicious, smooth, not watery or bitter. A real treat!

Been a few times…don’t know where they get their beef patties from but they’re awesome. Coffee is good but to be honest hit or miss…I’ve had fantastic iced lattes but I’ve also had some very weak ones but the place is worth a visit and great for getting some work done

Tucked away in the plaza making it a bit difficult to find is this gem and Renee! She is knowledgeable, patient and obviously enjoys her job. She recalled a customer’s order as soon as he got in line. Now that is service and with a huge smile! The shop is two levels and even has a piano! There is plenty of room and seating for people to sit and work or friends to come and chat.
While we were the only ones in the shop for a while she explained that the owner grows and sells beans raised in Jamaica.
She started a pot of fresh brewed single origin medium roast Honduran coffee when I asked for drip, explaining they don’t start the drip coffee until someone orders it so it’s hot and fresh! Great idea! It is a great choice too.
She scored extra points when my card declined and I had issues with my Apple Pay. It just wasn’t my morning. She was patient, never rushing me and helped me get it settled.
I will definitely be back ( with cash lol)

Very sweet little shop but little... Also usually only one barista so don't go if you're in a hurry. And I went on a Monday afternoon and almost every table was taken with laptoppers. The cookies and croissants are usually excellent, the coffee is very good particularly the Dubai chocolate flat white.

This place is a true hidden gem. This cafe is super cute and has lots of seating. The hazelnut croissant was flaky and just the right amount of sweet. The matcha was lovely. The staff was friendly. Check this place out!
Meet friends here in the am a lot. Dope spot with good vibes, drinks and snacks. You can tell the owner and staff really aim to make the atmosphere unique and welcoming. Definitely one of the better coffee shops in Montclair with its own flavor especially if you like chai’s. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
