My wife and I were shopping in Montclair and stopped for breakfast at the Bluestone Coffee Company. Bluestone is a coffee cafe and coffee roaster serving breakfast and lunch items. The atmosphere is cozy and warm and their coffee robust. We selected breakfast options of a veggie omelette with cheddar cheese and the zucchini parmesan frittata. Both came with a choice of toast and roasted potatoes. Both were fresh and savory and the potatoes roasted perfectly. Staff was friendly...

The iced vanilla decaf latte with oat milk was smooth and delightful. The impossible burger with gluten-free bread was average. Definitely needed a better plate presentation. The side salad dressing had too much vinegar.

Our server Jose was great. Food was delicious, fresh and substantial portions. Highly recommend. Since so popular be prepared to wait on the weekends but well worth it!

Parking: We were lucky enough to get a spot in front of the restaurant as someone was pulling out. There are parking spots throughout that section.
