I have tried on three occasions to patronize this location. Twice they were closed once on a Monday, I get that. Another time on a Tuesday and just today on a Saturday night at 5:45pm. How does a restaurant close at 5:45 on a Saturday night. I won’t be going back

I’ve been craving oxtail and I’m temporarily in NJ—normally I go to Jamaica, Queens for my fix. I found this spot on Uber Eats. The price was definitely higher than what I’m used to, but with how expensive oxtail is in the supermarket these days, I didn’t complain.
But mi heart sink when I opened that container. Whe di oxtail deh?! For $30, I got four little pieces. Straight robbery, mi seh. The rice and peas was mostly just rice and a couple kidney beans.
The food was alright, but for that price? Not worth it.

Just left this place not even 5 minutes ago! I love coming here when I am in the area. The owner is so nice and hospitable. The place is always clean and smelling good and the food is excellent authentic Jamaican food. I may have messed up on my order, and The owner was so gracious. The menu has a wide variety, and I love that there are different vegetable options. I can go on and on about this place thank you! I pray for prosperity and continued success over your business. Thank you for being a well managed, black owned establishment, with customer service and great food at the top of the list! ❤️🙏🏾

The best Caribbean food in the area, it's not even close. Plus the staff is friendly and welcoming.
Just had the chicken roti for the first time and it tasted like authentic Trini Roti. The jerk chicken was slamming too! This will be my new go to place for Caribbean Food.

The owners are extremely helpful and polite. You feel like you are visiting a friends home for a meal. The vegetable, beef and spinach patties are always fresh and baked well. The cabbage is consistently tasty. The codfish with sides are excellent.

Immediately added to our go-to for hardy, homie and healthy foods. My bud suggested the oxtail entree - delicious. Didn’t go in to the rice beans and cabbage with much thought but those were also stellar 5/5.. it all tastes like a home cooked meal, made with thought and quality products. When the lunch rush was heavy, the owner took some time to say what’s up to the regulars and myself, the first timer. Great experience overall.

I was in the area today and wanted some jamaican food so I googled my area and this spot came up so I decided to give it a try. I'm very disappointed in the portion they give their customers. This is unacceptable for you to charge $5 for half the serving. I get it that oxtail and prices has gone up but give your customers what they paid for. The food was delicious, wish i had more of it. My rating are based on the small portion of the food. I cant post the pics I took.
