Don’t not order at this cold stone creamery. You’re better off picking up. I placed an order through there app and never received my order nor refund. It’s been well over a month. I tried calling and they won’t pick up all of a sudden.

Tried ordering a cake and the poor young girl had to go back and forth to ask the owner. Not upset at the young girl as she may have not been trained but would have expected the owner to come out and answer my questions instead of having the employee go 5 separate times and when I filled the cake order form Im told they don't make the cake that was advertised next to the register. A waste of time.

Do not place online orders with this location. I ordered a triple pint of cake batter with 3 yellow cake, 2 brownie, and 1 whipped topping. I drove 40 minutes to pick up this ice cream for my daughter’s birthday party just to see they only put brownie. As soon as I got home and checked for the yellow cake I called and spoke to the manager and told her there was no yellow cake or whipped topping. she did not offer a solution and basically gaslit me saying that there was yellow cake when I was clearly looking at the pint that had only brownie with a crumb of yellow cake. I love cold stone, however, the distance and money spent was not worth it this time. Terrible customer service
We got there close to closing time and there was still a pretty long line but it moved fast. The service was good. But at 10 on the dot they started cleaning up. Otherwise really good ice cream and decent atmosphere.

This location used to be the best of the best. I swore by it. The past year or two they have pulling heists on their customers and I’m pretty fed up with it. For example, if you get a Founder’s favorite, (which comes with chocolate syrup and caramel) they squeeze the most ridiculous small amount they can. Then you logically ask for more and then they up charge you. Their reasoning is because you ask for “extra”. It’s not really extra when you squeezed a pea size on the ice cream initially, is it? The problem is, the amount being used is at the server’s discretion. No two people squeeze the same amount. Some use a reasonable amount and not others. So how are we gauging what “extra” is. I don’t know how they remedy this but it seems rather intentional. Like they are being told to give as little as possible so we ask for more. This has never been an issue before. I’ll most likely be going to Applegate farms from now on

The couple that manage this Cold Stone are honoring the long-standing tradition of Asians coming to this country and profiting off American dollars while completely disrespecting the African-American clientele that help contribute to their livelihood and success. The husband uses the language barrier and his inability to speak adequate English to be rude, dismissive and accusatory, and his wife justifies his behavior and is truthfully no better. There are multiple reviews that attest to the rudeness of these people and the majority of the unfavorable reviews indicate poor treatment and communication toward people of color. I will leave it up to the reader to determine if this is coincidence. To people of color, specifically Black people: spend your money elsewhere. These people will line their pockets with the profits from your purchases, but couldn’t care less about you. You’ve been warned.
Also, thank you Michele (female owner) for calling “me” due to an error from your staff, offering me a complimentary sundae (only after I highlighted your husband’s rude, unprofessional and insulting behavior), and then being unresponsive to my message when I attempted to act on the gesture that was owed to me. You and your husband are classless.

I bought two gotta have it ice creams from this location and this is what arrived. This is unacceptable. I feel like I waisted my money. This is clearly not a “gotta have it” portion. When I called the young lady said “she couldn’t help me.”
