This is my FAVORITE place to go and kill my cravings. I’m a gym rat and I always need to keep up with my protein daily goal but I also have a sweet tooth. So this is the best spot for a person like me. They have protein waffles, donuts and yummy shakes.

And, their waffles are the absolute best -- high protein, low carb and low calorie -- can't beat them. We buy in bulk and freeze them so we can enjoy throughout the week -- a real treat.
