Not among the top Dunkin' locations. It has a neglected look.

I was disappointed with the taste of their donuts. I remember them being softer and fluffier, and the glass felt greasy and tasteless.

I ordered a chai latte which was acceptable, but not good tasting, rather it was very smooth and light; That peculiar characteristic of the smell and flavor of cloves and spices was absent, as if it were a the with milk.

It's Dunkin' but the people working are always friendly and accomodating.

Parking: At a bus stop. Convenient to 13, 27, 28, 30, 72 and their offshoots i.e. 27b, 13a etc.

Coffee and food took an hour, coffee was made wrong and given to me cold. Either get a better system or better staff.

I didnt know Dunkin Donuts charged for a cup of Ice/water. Starbucks gives me free ice, oh and every other establishment on Bloomfield ave.
Never spending a single dime on Dunkin again and will encourage everyone close to me to do the same.

Y’all, I am sorry, it is a Dunkin Donuts. It isn’t some Michelin star restaurant, and it doesn’t have to be. And moreover, as far as Dunkins go, this is honestly the best one in the area. They’re clean, they’re competent, and above all else they’re consistent. My order is always correct and ready within seconds. The staff are polite and kind; I get that nobody loves working in food service, but they at least seem like they’re happy to be there. I don’t know what some of y’all are expecting with these reviews; we are not at the Faubourg here.

Vegetarian options: You can get pretty much any drink made vegan with oat, almond, coconut, etc milksAll of the donuts are vegetarian lol

Dietary restrictions: Every kind of lactose free milk you want is available here, and they’re never out at this location.

Very convenient location at the corner of Bloomfield and Lackawanna. Small store but there's a corner nook of seating seat from the hustle of the cashier. Loved the fact they have a TV with sporting events on 24/7. Very cool.

Parking: Lots of parking options but it's also a very busy place.
