Y’all, I am sorry, it is a Dunkin Donuts. It isn’t some Michelin star restaurant, and it doesn’t have to be. And moreover, as far as Dunkins go, this is honestly the best one in the area. They’re clean, they’re competent, and above all else they’re consistent. My order is always correct and ready within seconds. The staff are polite and kind; I get that nobody loves working in food service, but they at least seem like they’re happy to be there. I don’t know what some of y’all are expecting with these reviews; we are not at the Faubourg here.Vegetarian options: You can get pretty much any drink made vegan with oat, almond, coconut, etc milksAll of the donuts are vegetarian lolDietary restrictions: Every kind of lactose free milk you want is available here, and they’re never out at this location.

Very convenient location at the corner of Bloomfield and Lackawanna. Small store but there's a corner nook of seating seat from the hustle of the cashier. Loved the fact they have a TV with sporting events on 24/7. Very cool.Parking: Lots of parking options but it's also a very busy place.

My Thanksgiving vacation mornings start with Kevin's Iced Coffee @ DD on Bloomfield Ave by Lackawanna Plaza in Montclair. Kevin IS THE BEST!!! Amazing staff & great iced coffee! Convenient location.

I like dunkin; this location has some great workers, my issue is with the manager/ owners who hides behind a camera, now I understand it's a business but to singlehandedly point out and target my daughter for " sleeping in the dunkin donuts then tells us she has to leave. Then proceeds to say we sit longer that 30 mins when I've witnessed several customers sit longer that 30 mins, seen a customer at the table roll a blunt but wanna mess with my daughter for sleeping yea okay. The workers are friendly and they understand but the Manager/ owner I have an issue with.

i went into dunkin early this morning and the man repeated my order back to me and still made ur wrong and when i went back he poured out my coffee and just added caramel and a lil more coffee. DONT GO TO THAT

They could use an update, but the place is like most Dunkin’s. The person making foods changed his gloves when I requested which was great, and the drinks were great! Only thing was a decent wait time because of lots of mobile and Uber eats orders.
They make my coffee the way I like it and it's consistent and that to me is like gold .. and Aaron is a Gem at this location.

The worst dunkin I have been to . Management needs to hire properly and staff their mornings better . How do you have two people who naturally work slow and seems to be new by the way they kept asking one another how to make this drink and that drink . If you know your a high volume store no reason someone should wait 25 min for a coffee . The poor worker had atleast 20 plus drinks backed up . Do better!!!
