The same person who takes your order makes the food. Touches the food with no gloves after touching the register. All I ordered was a bagel with cream cheese & a small lite & sweet coffee but i barely got any cream cheese & the coffee taste burnt.

They NEVER have anything, last week they went 2 days without NAPKINS! Not to mention products, they never have a variety of items, only the most basic. The service is very bad and slow (except for 1 or 2 people who work there!)

I am here at 6:45pm on Saturday and they didn’t allow me in the store claiming that they are closed.Change the closing hours on Google and on your window since it states that the store is open till 7pm.Their only excuse is they need to clean the store and leave at 7pm. It is not fair.

The service here is so strange … they always look upset and unhappy . Almost like they hate their job …. No smiles , no welcoming gestures, nothing. Almost feels like they hate every single person that walks in.On top of that , this place is super dirty looking . I caught a guy throwing out the garbage today with gloves on and I kept my eye on him because when I walked in, had he been the one helping me with same gloves on, I would have called the health department on him ! Worse happened… he took my order and the lady who made my bagel had gloves on , was washing a dirty plastic bin and goes on with the same gloves to touch my bagel … I have given these people the benefit of the doubt and a second chance as I come to an appt here once a month around the way. Today I got absolutely disgusted ! I do not want anything from this place anymore . Again they are rude and mad at the world!
i came from canada to visit in Newyork. yesterday on my way to destination i took a coffee from here. environment ,this dunkin is very nice. this is a big dunkin with a lots of customers in the evening time but only one employee here.her name is suma. she tried to do fast for all.really she is so kind and polite.
If you don't want to waste your time, don't go to this place, the coffee machine is always damaged and the bathroom never works ??

I purchased two cups of hot coffee at 645pm. Sure they close at 7pm (which is sort of ridiculous) but fine they are entitled to close when they wish. At over $3 a cup I should not have received at best luke warm coffee. It takes them 2 minutes to make a fresh pot. And customers filed in after me. They surely don’t care about their customers.
