They NEVER have anything, last week they went 2 days without NAPKINS! Not to mention products, they never have a variety of items, only the most basic. The service is very bad and slow (except for 1 or 2 people who work there!)

I am here at 6:45pm on Saturday and they didn’t allow me in the store claiming that they are closed.Change the closing hours on Google and on your window since it states that the store is open till 7pm.Their only excuse is they need to clean the store and leave at 7pm. It is not fair.

The service here is so strange … they always look upset and unhappy . Almost like they hate their job …. No smiles , no welcoming gestures, nothing. Almost feels like they hate every single person that walks in.On top of that , this place is super dirty looking . I caught a guy throwing out the garbage today with gloves on and I kept my eye on him because when I walked in, had he been the one helping me with same gloves on, I would have called the health department on him ! Worse happened… he took my order and the lady who made my bagel had gloves on , was washing a dirty plastic bin and goes on with the same gloves to touch my bagel … I have given these people the benefit of the doubt and a second chance as I come to an appt here once a month around the way. Today I got absolutely disgusted ! I do not want anything from this place anymore . Again they are rude and mad at the world!

i came from canada to visit in Newyork. yesterday on my way to destination i took a coffee from here. environment ,this dunkin is very nice. this is a big dunkin with a lots of customers in the evening time but only one employee here.her name is suma. she tried to do fast for all.really she is so kind and polite.
If you don't want to waste your time, don't go to this place, the coffee machine is always damaged and the bathroom never works ??

I must say that the coffee served to go was watered down. I could barely get a decent cup out the two cups I ordered. I looked forward to my coffee But was seriously disappointed. First, the worker served me ice coffee instead of the hot coffee I ordered. Then he had the nerve to tell me he asked me twice whether or not I wanted iced or hot. The other employee which I assume is the manager, told him to give me hot coffee, which ended up being water basically and barely warm. I wonder whether or not he threw out the ice and added a dash of hot coffee. This is the closest DD near me. But it will be the last time I support their franchise. Someone should check to see the ratio of coffee vs the amount of water added to brew the coffee. The price for a cup of coffee has gone up for it to be so watered down.

I purchased two cups of hot coffee at 645pm. Sure they close at 7pm (which is sort of ridiculous) but fine they are entitled to close when they wish. At over $3 a cup I should not have received at best luke warm coffee. It takes them 2 minutes to make a fresh pot. And customers filed in after me. They surely don’t care about their customers.

I often go to this location to get a Matcha latte and an afternoon snack such as a plain croissant/hash browns. Some of the staff are Bangladeshi. They know me and my usual drink order :)Vegetarian options: I like the hash brown, plain stuffed bagel minis, as well as their croissant
A clean Dunkin Donuts with speedy service.Parking: Parking was on the street when you can get it.

This is the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts. The establishment needs to be closed down, as it is ALWAYS dirty, the employees do not wear gloves and masks, and they never have what you need. For example, today I attempted to order a coolata and I was told they do have any ice left to make the drink....wth!!! In addition, my donut had hair on it too....smh....I will not patronize this Dunkin Donuts again!!!
