Food was trash tasted bad and the manager was super mean and horrible

This was an absolute monstrosity. I will never forget the lowest level of professionalism i’ve ever experienced. I will never return to this restaurant ever again and your manager will be hearing from me.

Overall it’s a well established place, great on everything. Staff at the hosting table should be a bit more welcoming

I had high hopes for this place but ended up really disappointed. The wait to get seated was way too long even though there were open tables. The hosts were super sweet and welcoming, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say.

Our server was rude and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The food came out undercooked and just looked sloppy overall. Definitely not worth what we paid.

When I asked to speak to a manager, a woman named Liza came over and honestly made things worse. She was incredibly rude and dismissive, like I was bothering her by saying something. No apology, no effort to make things right.

Won’t be coming back.

The management at the company appears to have some challenges, as I observed instances of unprofessional behavior, such as a manager yelling at employees. Additionally, while the food provided was acceptable, it did not meet the expectations typically associated with a wealthy organization. I would not recommend this spot at all!!!!

Truly beautiful place! HUGE TOO! I came here for a birthday party, and the service was on point! The food is good but very pricey, I guess its worth it when the atmosphere is this nice...

CHECK YOUR BILL, two items listed on my bill had a price greater than what was on the menu. When I brought it up to the manager, they fixed it but they didn’t seem apologetic as if they have been secretly doing this to other customers.

Service was bad considering they try to present themselves as high end. Hostess gave us the wrong information and then had attitude when it became apparent she was wrong.

Waitress did not give enough menus for the whole table and we had to ask for the specials menu. A bit strange attitude as well.

I like the live band though.

Great food.

Some dishes were good while some were ok. The waiters were good. But the hostesses weren’t. They were confused with the booking n table arrangements. While we were waiting ( tables were not ready by my booking time) a person, maybe a manager asked us to move away to clear the area which was not even a walk way. His tone wasn’t nice. After spending $600 there I don’t think I would return.

They have an amazing brunch pre-fix deal, and the restaurant is so bright, feels almost like dining outside without the weather ?

Really great meal here. We sat at the bar and had oysters, shrimp, tuna and crab salad and then eventually ordered the ribeye. Great portions, well seasoned and great service. Definitely a pricey meal, but well worth the splurge!

From the moment we arrived, the hostess was incredibly welcoming. Our server was professional and friendly, immediately inquiring about any food allergies—a thoughtful touch when dining somewhere new. Their recommendations were spot on, and the menu offered a diverse range of options to suit everyone's taste. Definitely a must-visit in Montclair, NJ!

You will be impressed by Faubourg. It is a voluminous restaurant with floor to soaring ceiling high windows broken into a number of exceptionally designed interior spaces. Our night was made by our server, Ricardo who charmed and took care of our every need. The menu is rich in courses. We sampled both east and west coast oysters, split a delicious entree orrichiette with lamb ragout each had a flavorful entree (sea bass, sole and coq au Vin) and then split a dessert. Compliments to he chef. The bar and sommelier deserve credit as well for the great cocktail and accessible yet quality selection wines by the glass. The wine list is extensive too. A great night out in Montclair. We have been back multiple times over a number of years with the experience consistently great.

First time I went to the lounge and was greeted by the bartender Josh who greeted my friend and I with a smile and made us delicious drinks of his referral. We also wanted to try the menu and asked Josh what he suggested, and was amazed to see how knowledgeable and helpful in helping us choose our delicious meal. I will definitely come back! the food and drinks are amazing.
