Step number one, whoever you have answering the phone in the restaurant should understand the menu and speak English. It is really not that hard. There are 1 million places to order pizza from and I don’t need to repeat myself three times

Be wary! I went for a quick dinner with my mother on a Saturday night. Restaurant was EMPTY at 7:30pm. Meal was ok - Italian salad and calamari were good but chicken piccata was overcooked and flavorless. When I requested the check and reviewed it, I was surprised that it included a $2.77 charge for using a debit card and an AUTOMATIC 20% gratuity for a party of TWO!!!!! When I questioned the automatic gratuity, the nasty response I received from the server was “that’s our policy”. I replied, customers should be made aware of the policy prior to ordering as this was a party of two, NOT a large party that would command an automatic 20% gratuity. When I went to speak to the hostess (who knew nothing of the automatic 20% gratuity policy), the server quickly went to the back and adjusted my bill. He returned, handed me the adjusted check and said “if you don’t want to tip, then don’t!” To which I replied, “I was prepared to leave you a generous tip as I am empathetic to the plight of service workers, however, I will NOT reward a thief! Such a shame that one person can ruin it for so many.Management - fix this immediately as your server is stealing!

Pizza was pretty good, but overpriced. $23 is too high for a 16 inch plain pie. Eggplant Rollentini was not that great. Chicken Parm was decent. The front hostess was awesome. She was very nice. It was 5:30pm and there were no people dining inside. They were getting a lot of take out orders. It seems many people order the 12 inch pies so maybe pizza is their specialty. Average overall.

This was my first time visiting here. I had a taste for woodfire pizza and this place did not disappoint! First, the pizza was soooooooo good! We ordered the Margherita Pizza and the Sorrentina Pizza. They were absolutely delicious! But the star of the show was definitely the Calamari Fiammella!!! That was theeeeee best appetizer I've ever had. The calamari was crispy yet juicy and very well seasoned. But OMG that balsamic sauce they put on the calamari was the best thing I've ever had! I ended up asking for additional sauce to put on my pizza. Lol. I promise you I'm gonna order that calamari again ASAP! Yes, it was THAT good!We also ordered the tiramisu. It was ok I guess. But it's definitely Bc I'm not really a fan of tiramisu at all. I just had to try it again in my adult life so I can say that I tried. Lol.

I wanted a slice of pizza but wasn't sure of they only served pizza pies or individual slices. I waited at the front of the store for a few minutes as the women in the back pretended not to see me. After a gentleman came from the back door from the kitchen with orders, the young lady followed him up front to where I saw patiently waiting and she never acknowledged I was there or even asked if I needed help. The gentleman politely asked me if I placed an order, which I explained to him that I only wanted a slice. He said no, they only make pies. I thanked him for his time and left. I would never patronage this place if I wanted a pizza pie as I see the customer service from the young lady was subpar. Too bad, I was hoping to return to the restaurant another time to try their indoor service.

Absolutely perfect. I have to drive by about 4 excellent pizza places to get there, but it's worth it.Not the best picture because we ate so fast...

They know how to make Pizza ? But the kids size Ravioli for 10bucks is ridiculously overpriced for literally 4 pieces. I mean $2.50 for one Cheese Ravioli?! That’s insane.

Pizza was on fleek, Chicken Parm was AMAZING and perfectly cooked with the linguine... all in all a very comforting and pleasant experience eating at Fiamma. Shout out to Austin who waited our table — Excellent Service! If your on the edge about what to eat while in town, don’t look the other way and stop in for a bite. You won’t regret it!Love,Jake

Under new ownership and food is not the same, sadly. Was the best pizza in town before, will not order again.

Had one pizza and veal parm pasta. Had to take half of the meal to go as I didn't have room. The dipping sauce was good too. Will be back

We had the individual vodka pie & the fried mozzarella appetizer. More than enough food for 2. I loved the food but the service was somewhat lacking. I think they only had 3 servers working during peak dinner hours on a Saturday.

Literally, every time my coworkers and I debate what we want to get for lunch...someone brings up “fiamma” and everyone's like...”yes! Let's do it!” Lmao. Great food. Great service! Hands down one of my favorite places to eat locally. I highly recommend the Bloomfield ave sub. But who am I kidding? All of their subs and pizzas are great lol. You guys did it right. Keep it up!
