We had a lovely NYE dinner here. Food was excellent, as was the service. They also had live music, which was a nice touch. We will definitely return. Great little spot in the heart of Montclair. I do wish they had a few more vegetarian options on the menu (like a penne vodka). Other than that A+!

We recently hosted our holiday party at Fresco de Franco in Montclair, and everything was truly exceptional. The service was attentive and professional, the food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere made the entire evening feel warm, festive, and elevated.

Meant to post this review back in November. On Thanksgiving it was horrendous!!!! $18 per small plate of dry stuffing of literally nothing. Crouton's on a small plate. That's it! Most ridiculous thing ever! And the turkey was just terrible!!! It was like immitation crab meat is to the real thing. Also, when we first arrived, we were led to our table through the kitchen. When we left, no goodbye..no thank you. Just cold. We and the company we were with never even complained abounything when there. Oh well that's it

Taking my family here was a first-time wonder! Each dish brought to the table between the eggplant appetizer and the pork chop entree was an experience. This is a restaurant to continue coming back to! The service was wonderful as well. Every waiter and waitress was attentive and willing to serve at all times. The people are warm, and it reflects on the ambiance and the food itself. We look forward to enjoying this restaurant for many occasions to come!

The food is quite pricey, I guess because it was Christmas Day and there were few restaurants open in Montclair. But the superb and friendly service of TATIANA, made it all worth it. Pls commend Tatiana for she has a great passion on serving people. I love her being pleasant and attentive to our needs!

Place looks very nice and clean. 1st Drinks order took way too long over 15 minutes. My Red snapper tasted good but too dry. Went to next door Bar and had a few drinks and had a great time.

came here on christmas day to celebrate the holiday as well as a birthday. the food was absolutely amazing, the live music added to the perfect mood and decorations, and our waitress tatianna provided the best care and service to our entire party. we cannot thank you all enough for the attention to detail and making our celebration one we will never forget!
Overall very good experience - portions were good size and quality / taste was very good. We'll be back for sure.

We used to love coming here at the beginning of our relationship about three years ago, which is why we were so disappointed by our recent visit. After having a very bad experience with the food about a year later, we decided to give the restaurant another chance, hoping things had improved but unfortunately, they hadn't. I ordered a pasta dish that was overwhelmingly salty. I typically enjoy salty food, but this was excessive to the point of being nearly inedible. Even my fiancé, who normally thinks I'm sensitive to salt, tried it and agreed it was far too salty. My fiancé ordered a seafood pasta that was equally disappointing. The pasta was sticky, and the dish unexpectedly contained cheese. The menu did not mention cheese, and we did not request Parmesan, so we were confused by its presence especially since it didn't pair well with the seafood. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially given how much we used to enjoy this place. We really wanted to love it again, but sadly the food quality just wasn't there.

While the service was not terrible and no one was rude, I requested decor for my anniversary and even called various times and no one answered. The day of, it was not there and we were given a table next to the kitchen. The food was very expensive and the menu was different from what I saw online. I would not recommend this restaurant for the price.
