Anticuchos de Camaron
Head-on shrimp, marinaded in anticuchera sauce. Served with yellow potato wedges, Peruvian corn, and uchucuta sauce.
Charapa Ceviche
Catch of the day, Peruvian yellow pepper leche de tigre, sweet plantain, green plantain, avocado, Peruvian chulpi cancha, and chalaquita criolla.
Duo Inca
The croquette contains ALMONDS AND WALNUTS Fried yellow potato wedges and boiled Peruvian corn topped with queso fresco and Huancaina sauce. Accompanied by a Crispy Aji de gallina croquette (Peruvian shredded chicken stew inside.)

Linguine Huancaina With Lomo Saltado
Stir-fried rib-eye steak sauteed with soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, oyster sauce, red onions, cilantro, yellow potato wedges, and tomatoes. Served with linguini pasta and huancaina sauce.
Arroz Con Mariscos Tradicional

Wow. That's the best way to describe the fresh fresh food here. The cerviche is top notch. The place is very cute. The service warm and friendly. Our server Julian was great and able to explain each dish. The food was flavorful, fresh and DELICIOUS!!! The little sauces they provided added to the flavor and kicked some of the dishes up a notch!!! Don't miss this place. Can't wait to go back.

Fusionista is a fantastic spot to indulge in authentic Peruvian cuisine. I recently visited and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The highlight of my meal was the Lomo Saltado, which exceeded all my expectations with its rich flavors and tender beef.

Fusionista is a total gem! One of the best Peruvian restaurants I’ve ever been to. The flavors were bold, fresh, and absolutely unforgettable.

We started with the ceviche, and wow—it was outstanding we ordered it twice. Bright, citrusy, perfectly balanced, the perfect hint of spice and so fresh it practically melted in your mouth. A total standout.

The lomo saltado was just as impressive—tender, packed with flavor, and cooked to perfection....
