Kind of glad it’s closing… floors were always really dirty and the high school staff mostly incompetent

The gelato was okay, but the customer service really just ruined the mood. The boy who helped my family was just rude; my mom asked about a flavor and he responded that they didn’t have it for the past “5 years”. We asked to sample flavors and he just had an attitude. My dad then asked for the total and he said “no clue”. It was a terrible experience and we definitely won’t come back.

I just went there for ice cream and the Ramen raisin was so delicious. Great customer service the guy that served us. He was so pleasant and nice.

Worst place ever order was placed and they ran out of ingredients with no refund just a sorry.

Update: I am not sure how to respond to the owner. But DoorDash offered a $3.19 refund only after complaining but DoorDash did not offer to refund its service fee of $4.73 as it did a poor job of communicating an unavailable item.

Also we didn’t get a call but you could have offered something in the delivery of the order. It is a shame that it takes complaints through social media or an App when the store can’t fulfill an order.

Love this gelatis! Kids laughing, great music, and iconic gelato. One of the girls spilled all the caps and laughed it off like no big deal. Really love to see young kids enjoying their jobs. Well done Mike??

Went in today for some ice cream with my sister, a sweet young lady named Jess suggested the raspberry cheesecake and it was incredible. Safe to say we have a new favorite ice cream place!

Chris was super helpful and gave us great recommendations. He was super polite and was diligent in helping us out!! Thanks Chris!!

Decided to stop here yesterday on July 7th for some ice cream on a hot summer Sunday!
All I have to say is that Jacob, helped us and was so pleasant. He was very attentive and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back and hope Jacob takes care of us again!

Love this place! Not only is it delicious, but the employees are great as well! Jacob was a great help when I stopped by this weekend and extremely patient as I tried to decide on a flavor. This will definitely be my new go to!

Always a great experience at Guerriero’s! Their customer service is 10/10.Spanish boy with dark hair who worked July 7th was extremely attentive and sweet which made my experience above and beyond! Will come back asap.

I went into here a couple days ago, I was helped by a large blonde kid who was very kind and helpful. He let me try many samples and was very patient with us. There’s also another male employee with curly hair who serves me occasionally and my overall experience here has been great. I would recommend to anyone!

Recommended dishes: Mini Monsters Dozen, Gelato Pints and Quarts

Visited for the first time last week and was helped by the cheeriest little ginger girl. She was great with my picky son and patient as he sampled several flavours, she even suggest her favorite for him to try. We came back today hoping for similar service and it was simply not the same. Wish they had more consistency in their costumer service. Otherwise it was great gelato.
