I bought it breakfast wrap for 8.75 and these people some how charged my card 10.40 I thought before they were robbing me but today I made certain I will never go back here be careful when dealing with these thieves

Disappointing Experience — Store Was Closed
I ordered a surprise bag (Too good to go) and was supposed to collect the food today between 14:45 and 15:00. I arrived on time, but the place was closed. Very disappointing — I could’ve come earlier, but followed the time slot. Wasted time and no food. Not acceptable.

The bagel is good . Not the best as NY bagels. Dont go there they cheat you. They dont give exact amount cream cheese you ordered . They will cheat you by charging more than the price set. Check everything before you leave that business!

Hot Bagels Abroad is my go-to spot whenever I'm in Montclair—it just hits the spot every time. The bagels are always fresh, warm, and have that perfect chewy-crispy combo. I’m especially hooked on their bacon, egg & cheese on an everything bagel—simple, but SO good.
The team there is always friendly and on top of things. Even when it’s busy (which it often is!), they move fast and somehow still make you feel like a regular.
Honestly, it’s the kind of place you look forward to coming back to. Great food, great vibes—what more could you want in a bagel spot?

Hot Bagels Abroad is a well-run, thriving bagel spot with delicious bagels, fast service, and owners who are clearly present and on top of operations. There’s usually a line, but it moves quickly—and I recommend ordering by phone if you're in a rush. I typically ask for my eggs scrambled and my bagel toasted—simple, yet so often botched elsewhere—but they always get it right here. That consistency, along with their fresh bagels and efficient service, makes them a standout. I just wish they had even more locations!

Manager / Owner EXTREMELY RUDE! Had an issue with smelly fishy Tuna sandwich. I tried to privately to address the issue with manager. Instead of apologizing and just replacing my sandwich, he loudly defended himself, kept rudely insisting he makes the tuna fresh every THREE days (must have been day 3). I was very nice, tried not to make a scene, but HE made the scene...lol. The best part.....his entire staff laughed when I walked out. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Its funny...I was warned about this place by other local businesses.

Not gonna lie, the bagel sandwiches here are fantastic. However, my order gets messed up here at a frequency which is honestly unacceptable. I order Egg + Meat (a menu option) and they always give Egg + Meat + Cheese. This sucks because I don't eat melted cheese on my breakfast sandwiches. If you don't mind receiving things that you didn't order then consider this a 4 star review.
