Manager / Owner EXTREMELY RUDE! Had an issue with smelly fishy Tuna sandwich. I tried to privately to address the issue with manager. Instead of apologizing and just replacing my sandwich, he loudly defended himself, kept rudely insisting he makes the tuna fresh every THREE days (must have been day 3). I was very nice, tried not to make a scene, but HE made the scene...lol. The best part.....his entire staff laughed when I walked out. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Its funny...I was warned about this place by other local businesses.

Not gonna lie, the bagel sandwiches here are fantastic. However, my order gets messed up here at a frequency which is honestly unacceptable. I order Egg + Meat (a menu option) and they always give Egg + Meat + Cheese. This sucks because I don't eat melted cheese on my breakfast sandwiches. If you don't mind receiving things that you didn't order then consider this a 4 star review.

IF YOU ORDER AHEAD: The order status page says it’s real time updates, but it’s not. Will tell you your order is ready at the allotted time whether it is or not. Ordered 18 bagels the night before for 9:00 AM the next morning. Status page flipped to “ready” at 9:00 AM. Order wasn’t ready until over a half-hour later. Bagels are very good, though.

That place is a cleaning company because we as customers have to be served because we are on time and a lady with cinnamon skin is very rude, she cares more about cleaning than the customers, the manager pulls to take care of business because she can maintain her store with the customers.

Hot bagels brings me back home to Staten Island, New York. The efficiency, pleasant service is excellent. Fast, and in point. Duluth a huge menu, it’s unbelievable how they handle each order,,walk in, delivery? Pick up and beyond.

Customer Service is trash. Literally walked in at 5:28AM the two men present were already being aggressive about how they weren't open yet, the lights aren't on. I was just standing and waiting. I then asked when do you open? 5:30... If 2 minutes makes such a big difference and makes you so rude when a customer is just waiting a simple, "Hey we're not ready just yet can you give us a few minutes" would've sufficed. I had originally planned on going to Sunrise anyway so that's what I did. They have better bagels anyway.

The food is delicious however the lady in the front Gabriella is extremely rude. She's nasty and has an attitude. You can't have people like that working in front and dealing with customers. She needs to be in the back somewhere. It was like she was upset because I wanted to check my order for accuracy before I left. I believe she took the order and added something extra but wanted me to still take it after she charged me for it. I told her I didn't want it and she rolled her eyes. Just nasty....
