A 8/10 bagel place. Probably in the top 5 of bagel places in North Jersey. I highly recommend anyone new to this area or traveling from other states to check them out. Here is what i ordered:
I got an Asiago Bagel with bacon egg and cheese. The egg was cooked nicely and they are very generous to the portions when it comes to the bacon. The bagel was pretty big, all the flavors complimented each other well and it was very fulfilling. I felt like i got what i paid for.
I also got a panini bacon egg and cheese. The bread was burned, had to scrape off the burned pieces off of the bread, the bacon was alo burnt, it did not have much cheese as well. It was an OKAY panini, but its not worth $9.
Other than the panini, the service is amazing, they are always busy on the weekends so be prepared to stay in line for at least 7-10 minutes.

Ordered online to be picked up at 10:15. Received confirmation order was ready. Entered shop at 10:25 and order was not with others. Very busy so waited a few minutes for someone to help. Gave my name and person looked at a few tickets and then continued working. Five minutes later got attention of another employee and same thing happened. Waited patiently another 5 minutes until another employee asked if he could help. He found my order and started to work on it. They didn’t have flagels requested but instead of asking me about it just started making with plain bagel. When I asked about using the bagel he got very angry at me and indicated that I was the issue after I waited patiently for more than 15 minutes for an order that was confirmed as ready. Worst customer service experience ever.

Beware... Very good bagel shop but it can be very popular which means a lot of people in a small shop, and often a bit chaotic between delivery services, pickup order counter and people standing around waiting. Literally, it can be hard getting in the door on a Sunday morning. Try during the week... Not sure it's worth the hand to hand weekend combat. But the egg bacon cheese potatoes wrap was fantastic!

Very rude. Very racist. Stand in line for 10 minutes and the lady skips me to take the person behind me order. Thankfully he was nice enough to let her know I was clearly standing in front of him and was next. I gave her my order when it was time to pay I let her know I was going to use tap to pay. My phone was in my hand as I was reaching to tap pay and she moves the bag closer to her as if I was going to steal a $3 bagel. Then when I paid she gave me the bag. Very racist very disrespectful. I been coming here for a while but that was the very last time. If I didn't have 2 babies with me i definitely would've let her know how wrong she treated me.

Bagels lacked flavor. Staff not welcoming and inefficient. It was busy and the staff seemed stressed. One gentleman barking at customers, staff and delivery staff.

My go to bagel shop in NJ. The best bagels!!! They have a great many flavors, my favorite is sesame. Their sandwiches are great. I get one before my flight and eat one in the plane. I also buy dozen of them and take them back to Portland and freeze them. No comparison with the ones in Portland. I love their bagels.
For your weekend bagel fix, it is one of my faves. A wide variety of bagels to make you forget about holding back on carbs

I come here all the time, have been for years, and that may change today. I just paid $13 for a lox bagel with no lox on it. Pickup order that I brought on my way to work. Had I been able to I would have gone right back. Phone calls and no answer.

I bought it breakfast wrap for 8.75 and these people some how charged my card 10.40 I thought before they were robbing me but today I made certain I will never go back here be careful when dealing with these thieves

Disappointing Experience — Store Was Closed
I ordered a surprise bag (Too good to go) and was supposed to collect the food today between 14:45 and 15:00. I arrived on time, but the place was closed. Very disappointing — I could’ve come earlier, but followed the time slot. Wasted time and no food. Not acceptable.

The bagel is good . Not the best as NY bagels. Dont go there they cheat you. They dont give exact amount cream cheese you ordered . They will cheat you by charging more than the price set. Check everything before you leave that business!
