New staff members are rude, what happened to the charisma of this place? The food is still great, thank god my hard of hearing friend is still back there doing his thing!

The food is always good, which is why I travel 20 minutes away from time to time just to treat myself… but today, I forgot to ask for my eggs over medium and when I asked for that not even 60 seconds after I ordered (because I guess they premade cracked fried hard eggs for everyone and already put eggs on my bagel), I was met with an attitude by two employees - One telling me it’s too late and the other stating next time tell us beforehand because he’s, “not a mind reader”…all within SIXTY seconds of my order. I had already apologized for forgetting (and for I guess being human)before being treated like a burden anyway. I’m extremely disappointed. They get so much business and will continue to do so, so my review and response mean nothing, but after 20 years of going there I won’t be coming out of my way to give them my business again. Not to be handled like that. You all enjoy though.

The food is just perfect. I’ve ordered a variety from their menu and everything is to die for. They have long lines sometimes but it’s because they’re the BEST. However, lines move quickly because they’re busting their butt and working efficiently and it is worth the wait I promise you !

Worth the wait! Authentic bagels, great menu. Line was out the door when we visited on Friday but we had to pick up a dozen for our drive back to Ohio. Love the garlic bagel!
