Java Love Coffee Bar Church Street

Met a friend for coffee this past Sunday. Double espresso was excellent, great flavor and texture. The tea was aromatic and lovely. Good service and atmosphere.

I love coming to Java Love. The staff are always so friendly. The food and drinks are delicious. And they’re so creative with their seasonal drinks. The atmosphere is also so inviting.

Parking: There is no dedicated parking for Java Love - either pay to park on the street (if you can find a free spot), park in one or Montclair’s many parking garages, or park a couple blocks away in the residential area where street parking is free and has no time restrictions.

good spot for some lattes and at a nice location in Montclair too. We had some spare time before our dinner reservation and decided to stop by for some coffee.

We ordered iced and hot lattes and I love that they were able to accommodate my half hazelnut and half vanilla flavored latte. It was delicious!

There is good enough seating inside but a lot of the customers (on the day we went) brought laptops so they may tend to take their time there - just an fyi. There is an option to sit outdoors as well especially when the weather is nice. And lastly, as a new mom, I also appreciate the restroom having a changing table! lol Close to the parking garage too. nice!

I just wanted to drop a quick note before I start my Overnight shift: the coffee is TOP NOTCH! I was my 1st visit to your cafe, and your staff was awesome and made a killer Iced Salted Caramel Latte. I'll DEFINITELY be making many return visits

The coffee is okay. There is no consistency in the quality, unfortunately. It's a cozy atmosphere and a nice place to hang out for a few. As other reviews have already confirmed, keep your expectations low in terms of service. You'll get a careless baritisa on occasion.

Awesome Pride drinks here!

A little pricey but it’s a local coffee shop in Montclair and typically the standard. They keep their milks un-refrigerated on the counter but you can put your own in which some coffee lovers prefer. As someone who likes less milk, my coffee is never filled to the top. They have many syrup flavors and barista recipes if you’re looking for a creative drink.

Their hot coffee is the best on their menu- many options and they sell their own varieties of coffee as well. They have books you can read and a few seating options inside and outside.

Java Love is a Downtown Montclair staple whether you like coffee, tea, or bakery items!

Bitter as hell coffee served by super grumpy Barista, For both Latte and Cappuccino the temperature was odd.The environment is very odd, people of color are not well regarded, Cafe owner really need to pay attention.

The food, service, and atmosphere were all five stars however, there is no option for recycling. We have to do our part to preserve our collective home…Mother Earth. It’s disappointing to see when businesses do not have an option for recycling for customers considering we generate so much waste. We all need to do better. Please do better. Recycling is easy.
