Got my mom a medium sized chocolate flourless cake for her 80th bday. True decadence! She loved it and said she can’t wait for another piece of it for breakfast. Thank you!

Jayce Baudry's pastries are delicious. I just bought 2 Buche de Noel, the salted caramel one & the traditional opera cake one. They both were well decorated & tasted amazing. Jayce & his staff are very friendly & helpful. They know what's in all their pastries, so if you have food allergies, no need to worry.

I’ve been coming to Jayce Baudry since he opened his amazing shop in Montclair and it is the best place for the most amazing treats. Perfect to share with everyone you know as well. I asked Jayce Baudry to create a custom cake for my 50th birthday and it was the dreamiest, most beautiful and delicious cake one can ask for. 2 tiers with the most amazing espresso butter cream and with real flowers decorated on the cake. This cake was the talk of my party and everyone loved it. Best cake ever and I will not go anywhere else ever again to get a cake. Thank you!!!!!

This place is a joy! To see all the pastries in the store is like being in art museum (but far more mouth-watering). Everything I have ever had from here is amazing and delicious. The owner and the staff are such a delight.

This extraordinary patisserie is helmed by a truly talented chef who began his pastry journey at just 14 years old in the small town of Meyrignac, France. His mastery of French pastry is evident in every creation, from delicate tarts to perfectly flaky almond croissants. The professional and welcoming staff enhance the experience, making this a must-visit destination for anyone craving an authentic taste of France in Montclair.

Today me and my husband went to joyce to have desserts as we were craving for one. Dessert are okay but the service oh my god where to start firstly they gave us looks whenever we started to order needless to say i felt they were judging us. When we had few leftouts i asked for a takeout box and the lady on the counter looked out through the window to check if we had any food on our table then gave me one takeout box. Sorry but this is not what i expected from this place. I am never returning to this place again and will not recommend to anyone. If given a chance i would give zero reviews for service.

Small and busy. But busy for a damn good reason. These treats are delicious! The pistachio macaroon and the chocolate flourless cake are to die for. I was told that I would have to come back for a slice of a chocolate cake that wasn't available at the time. Disappointing but the chocolate flourless cake made up for it. It was the size of a Hostess cupcake for $7. I could do without the crunchy pieces. Mia's Brooklyn Bakery's Blackout cake is still number 1. The fruit tart was not to our liking. The pastry cream was not good. Once again Mia's fruit tart would win that battle. I would return to try their chocolate cake but I would have to call to make sure they had it. I wouldn't want to drive 15 minutes for anything else at the time.
