I stopped by after work since I work nearby, but unfortunately my experience was very negative. The owner was extremely rude to us because another table had an issue with their tab. What that table did had absolutely nothing to do with us, yet we were treated with clear disrespect. I also believe there were racist undertones in how we were spoken to, which was deeply upsetting. My friends and I always treat staff with respect and pay our bill, and we did not deserve to be spoken to that way. I will no longer spend my money here.

The drinks and food were great. Waitress was nice too. Only complaint is that bartender was too busy with a large private event and couldn’t initially get the yummy drink they serve in a Capri Sun type of pouch.

Also they close like an hour or two earlier than listed when I went which is fine but wish they would change time on the website.

Came here on a Saturday night to see the band Royals play. There was an $8 cover. The band was fantastic and the bar was full yet there was still plenty of room to dance and move around. It’s a pretty big place, staff is friendly and bar is stocked.

If anyone complains about the price at the door they don't understand how it works. It's $8.00. The staff is courteous, respectful, and accommodating. Some people do not account for their actions or want special treatment. People do not want to be accountable. Jake's accomadates so many and gives everyone the benefit of the doubt as long as you conduct yourselves properly. There is consideration for many and they are patient, when others are not, and they deal with a host of personalities and circumstances. The hosts, servers, bartenders, and staff are excellent. There are so many events that cater and serve people of all backgrounds and circumstances. This is a place that you can come as you are, and however you are, you are accepted. It's a town gem. Thank you for being so welcoming and top notch.
Not spending a single penny here, my front and I walked in and seat at the table 2 minutes ahead of my friend who was parking the car, I went over the front door for nicely ask if they could let her get in without paying, the lady at the desk repeat to me twice with a nasty voice EIGHT DOLLARS, bro chill out if she had to pay she pays but that was the rudest way to say it!

Mal might be one of the best bartenders I’ve come across, but the whole staff is great. It has a good local vibe, good music, friendly regulars, and great food (try the wings, sliders, and shaved ribeye sandwich)

I just wanna say this, I been coming here for a while and it’s always a nice time, but the security, the big guys.. wow .. so disrespectful, goes all around the bar screaming “ok yall gotta go cus people gotta work in the morning” like.. who says that?! 😂 that was so annoying to hear after an amazing Sunday night chilling at Just’s Jake’s. This is an amazing place and to hear him insulting all the people that came and also complain about what he said, and after he came back to tell everyone to LEAVE!
