The food was very good. Although the servers and staff were hustling and extremely friendly, there just weren't enough of them. We waited over 25 minutes for appetizers and waited for everything in general. The poor waitress was running around doing double duty as hostess. We waited at the hostess station for 15 minutes before anyone even saw us.

Like the BYOB, the food was good but overcooked. Had the veal, there was no reason to cook well done. The veal should be a little pink. Overall I liked the place.

I went to eat at this restaurant today and I could describe my as experience as something other than horrible. The food is really low quality. The thin crust pizza is really hard to bite into and the tomato sauce in it was way too sweet. I personally ordered a sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and it might have been one of the worst steaks I’ve ever had. It was so burnt that it was bitter to the point of being inedible. After I voiced my concerns to the waitress she tried to gaslight me by saying that a steak on the grill should look like that. I have been to many steakhouse all over the US this definitely has to be one of the worse places to get a steak. The poor food quality did not stop there since my partner ordered the chicken Alfredo and his chicken was so dry and unseasoned that he had to take it out of the dish and onto a napkin. The waitress offered to remake my steak but she was clearly annoyed by me not agreeing that the steak according to her was good to eat. The first time it had taken my for literally two hours to be served so I respectfully told her that I would rather not get the replacement since in the end the new steak would have the same result of being brunt because by the waitress standards that’s a steak should be. According to the waitress the steak being completely burnt was actually just it’s medium term so I can’t even imagine what a well down would look like. The sides for the food like mash potatoes and the mix of vegetables has no flavor not even salt was added. I would 100% not recommend going here and saving your money for a better restaurant.

Service was inexperienced, but ok overall. However, food was not good. Also, the table near us was allowed to bring their dog (poodle) inside the restaurant. It was too small to be a service dog. Dog sat on a woman's lap and was quiet through out, but not sure if NJ state law allows pets inside at the table unless there were special needs. Salad dressing was very salty and inedible. Too bad, the fennel and arugula was actually very fresh. Antipasta for 2 appetizers had tiny shrimps that you would find in a shrimp fried rice dish in a cheap chinese take out. The mussels and clams all tasted frozen and some were not fresh. I had to spit some of them out. We left half the dish uneaten. Linguine Marechiarra was cooked properly al dente, but the seafood again was the same poor quality as the anti pasta dish. They put in 1 scallop and cut it in half for an entire entree.

Solid if unspectacular BYOB Montclair Italian. Food and service were very good. Parking was easy as it was in Watchung station and not in downtown.
The food is excellent, but the service is outstanding. They made my friends and I feel welcomed. The food portions were just right, as they don't have exaggerate to make that a gimmick. Although they don't serve wine, they knew a place nearby where we could purchase for our party. Overall, a wonderful experience.

This BYOB is super cute!!!Roast Chicken Breast - Fresh herb roasted chicken breast over mashed potatoes with a lemon white wine sauce OMG ?????? 10/10 was by far the most tastiest dish I’ve ever tasted ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Chicken Parmesan - so good ??? spaghetti was perfect and the cheese was yummy 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This is a BYOB.. they do not serve any liquor here.LOVEEEEEE THIS PLACE!!!! Delicious food galore!

We had a great meal there last night! The service and food were excellent! The appetizer platter with clams, mussels, shrimp, etc. was perfect and the shrimp fra diavolo was spicy and plentiful. A great find in upper Montclair!
