I'm not a huge fan of Italian restaurants in America. The food here was very good. The atmosphere was very pleasant. We had a party of more than 10 and service was on point.

I wouldn't go back for the simple reason that the manager was pushing people out to make room for new guests. Felt rushed.Parking: Street parking

Why did it take us so long to find this gem! Amazing everything! We had Fazzoletti with sage & butter sauce, South African lobster tail with veggies and mashed potatoes and pasta with seafood. And the dessert was when I thought to take a pic lol. Carlos was the best! All service staff were excellent! Will absolutely be back ??

The website menu is not at all current. I have had better meals from a pizzeria. Service was painfully slow. The pasta is not handmade as stated in website. Salmon was over cooked. Garlic knots were basically stale bread. Ignore the pictures on the website. Big disappointment.

My husband and I had a wonderful time here. Bella, our server, was excellent and we never felt rushed despite the time limit we were given when we made the reservation. Our dishes were excellent: my skirt steak special was cooked to perfection and loved the romesco sauce. My husband’s ribeye was juicy and tender (I took a taste to compare). We are looking forward to our next meal here!

The food has always been consistent here. My salmon is a staple dish when I'm craving salmon this is the place I go to. I love the flavor of the salmon it's always fresh and tasty. I love the potatoes it served with. I do prefer to come here with more than two people to get a bigger table. Otherwise sometimes you're stuck at a tiny little table and there's 3 inches between you and the people next to you, oh well so just know it's better to come with 3+ people bigger table also BYOB, which is a nice savings. The bread is always fresh and soft that they put on the table with a nice dipping oil.

We always have a great dinner at La Rocca Osteria. The food and service (Cecilia) are very good to excellent. One should consider the fact that they make almost all the pasta in house, with several unique shapes not always available at other restaurants. I must alert bolognese lovers, that their bolognese sauce is not the typical rich and thick tomato meat ragu (see photo). The taste is good, but it may not be this authentic style you are expecting or familiar with. The desserts are outstanding and worth saving room for. Buon Appetito!

Nice interior. Good service. For an app, we got the Parmigiana Soufflé. Flavor was really good - it has alittle too smooth texture and wasn't quite hot enough but still good. I would switch the bed of mixed mushrooms to just cap mushrooms ( which I personally think are the best) but other people may disagree. I had the salmon for my main. I order salmon alot and get asked to specify the temperature more than half the time. I say medium and I have yet to get a piece of salmon that is anything less than welldone. Unfortunately, La Rocca Osteria was no different. But the welldone salmon tasted pretty good and the potatoes that came with it were good. My husband had the lasagna and he loved it. Ate almost the whole thing and it was a very generous portion. Overall, a very nice meal. We would come back.

Major that this place is open on Mondays, definitely busy and need a reservation. However, I wish the food held up to the wait. The appetizers were good especially the off menu fritto Misti and salad. However, our pastas were bland. Cacio Pepe lacked all 3 elements of butter, lobster pasta had a slight sweetness and lacked savory elements, and duck pasta was also sweet.

Amazing restaurant! Very cozy, dimly lit, large restaurant. The service and food is outstanding. I had the Parmesan soufflé with mushrooms appetizer, gnocchi with smoked provolone entree, my fiancé had the rock shrimp appetizer and the duck entree special, all were 5 stars. The finale was the pistachio lava cake, I'm still dreaming about it. The restaurant is very busy, you need reservations, the tables are very close together, so you sometimes can hear the conversation next to you. The restaurant also has no sign, so it was a little confusing as to if that was the place and where the entrance was. They have outdoor seating which they enclose in the colder months.

Our favorite Italian restaurant, period. La Rocca is a culinary gem. The service here is top-notch, making every visit memorable. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance of comfort and sophistication, setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience. But the real star of La Rocca is the food - it’s simply better than anything else out there. From the first bite to the last, each dish is a revelation of flavors. A must-visit for anyone who appreciates great Italian cuisine

My husband and I heard about this restaurant from a friend and absolutely loved it! I'm not sure why it took us so long to try it but glad we finally came here. I made reservations prior to coming and when we arrived we were seated right away. The resturant was smaller that I imagined but had a nice cozy feel and warm vibe. Our server, Carlos was excellent. He was very well versed with the menu and helped us choose our entrees and desserts. Our food came out within 20 minutes and our order was perfect. We enjoyed the complimentary bread and olives along with the antipasta misto. The lasagna was hands down the best I've ever tasted. My husband loved the Tagliolini ai Crostacei di Mare. For dessert, we had the chocolate mouse and pistachio molten cake. Wow! The pistachio molten cake was everything. You can taste how much love is put into making all of the food. Everything tasted fresh and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!
