Ordered the chicken kebab platter which came with rice and side salad. The chicken was to have been marinated in tahini sauce. The chicken tasted dry with no evidence of tahini sauce. The marinade tasted of pure vinegar. The salad was ok with a light vinagrette which was unremarkable. But had enough vinegar in my system and did not finish either. Server very nice but food awful.

Good food, slightly slow kitchen but should be expected from the relaxed vibe.

Recommended dishes: Falafel Waffle, Baklava
Unfortunately, this entree is overpriced at $24. The chicken was bland along with the rice of which it was over portioned and lacking in seasoning- with only a tiny bit of wilted salad. No sauce was included. Definitely NOT worth $24. Nearby places such as Falafel Hut on bellevue have much better quality.

This was supposed to be a nice evening over delicious Syrian and Mideterranean food and music, but the food was gross and the music was Indian. Such a waste for the trying-too-much decor. The young lady who took our order was courteous and friendly. That was the only good thing about the experience. Oh, that and the pomegranate spicy tea. The menu is modest and the choices are limited. I doubt this is really Syrian. Looks like one of those tourist traps except that it’s in Montclair, NJ instead of Montpelier, France. The chicken fattah was soggy and watery. It looked like breakfast cereal. The chicken with pomegranate sauce had a nasty smell and the sauce (which I believe was syrup and not cooked sauce) was watered down. When added to the chicken, makes it tingy, pungent and tastes rancid. The young lady waitress tried to convince me to order something else. I preferred not to and settled for the pomegranate tea and baklava. She nicely offered barazek (sesame cookies) and a piece of mabrouma. Such a lovely person. Keep her. Not the cook, who showed an attitude and started ranting in Hindi. So, no. Not really a good idea to eat there unless you have no clue what Syrian or Middle Eastern food is. Then, it would be easy to fool you.

Le Souk is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to! Everything was so fresh and flavorful, and they even have outdoor seating. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was amazing, Tessa and Lissa were both so friendly and welcoming. I especially loved their fava bean salad and their house special tea.

I went to celebrate my birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a special occasion. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel celebrated — from friendly greetings to surprising me with a beautifully plated dessert and a cheerful “happy birthday” song.
Gonna come back again!

Went here with my out of town family member super excited to try an amazing place. Turns out they were out of half their menu at 2 pm on a weekday. It was super disappointing that out of their entire menu they only a select few items available. I understand it’s a small business but I will never come back here. We all ended up ordering things we didn’t necessarily want to eat……

Small venue and it was pretty full on a Friday night. Appeared to be only 1 new, young waitress covering everything and everyone, Lisa, and she was amazing! Very sweet, accommodating and seemed to handle everything gracefully. My husband is Syrian so we eat this type of food all the time and I'd say some things were ok, others could have used more flavor. Cute atmosphere if you're in the area but there are many better similar restaurants especially considering the prices.

My first visit with a friend to this charming
eatery was wonderful. It has a very relaxing
vibe in a casual area of town. The food choices are amazing and well presented. Who would not like smiling gals serving the delicious choices. Try it out.
I went here to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it was such a lovely experience. The Turkish delights were so good, and the chickpea salad was definitely my favorite. They even have a little shop area with cute gifts . Also, their Moroccan mint tea is a must try.

Chicken kabob and chicken pomegranate were both extremely dried out, like chewing on rope dried out. Highlight was my entree was brought out five minutes before the olive salad appetizer and ten minutes before my dates entree. Would of somewhat understood if the place was busy......we were the only people seated at the time.
I wish I had nicer things to say about this place but unfortunately the food and service was subpar and did not match the price point… all of the food is pre-made and reheated in the microwave, it’s very understaffed so it takes forever to be taken care of (several customers left because of how long the servers were taking to even give them water). The atmosphere is VERY corny… Will not be coming back.
