Ordered egg foo young got it home to discover NO GRAY now I have an omelette. I called back and got the extremely rude daughter who said “it’s here you can come get it”. I explained that I’m a senior who doesn’t drive and that my daughter who took me to the restaurant had already dropped me off and left. Being a long time customer, I asked if I could just come back tomorrow and get a fresh order or just a refund. Her answer was “I’m not giving a refund or a new order. If you want it come get it now. Needless to say I didn’t nor will I ever give them another dime of my money! They have begun to treat the very people who keep them in business like trash! Well actions speak louder than words! BBB , Montclair Chamber of commerce and all my friends, neighbors etc.

We ordered here through UberEats and it was honestly pretty disappointing.The portion sizes are massive but the food is not particularly tasty. The Dinner special was super bland and just not as expected at all.I've ordered sesame cold noodles too, as someone who lived in Taiwan before and ate this all the time, it was easily the worst i've ever had, just straight peanut butter on noodles??The Bean Curd in Szechuan Sauce was the best of our order, great portion and tasty!

Super old food recooked. Not edible. Chicken wings and fried rice how can you mess that up?? Lazy workers. Will never go again. My dog wouldn't eat the chicken wings...he knows something. Super slow service. Too busy on their phones.

The nerve of this establishment to make money off of the residents in this area & then they (the restaurant) doesn't want to participate in a Community Day Sidewalk Event specifically for the neighborhood. How rude. Mtc 4th Ward should not support this business at all.

Their online ordering system is completely messed up. I went to their own website, and they force you to confirm your phone number via text or phone call. They charge a $1.50 processing fee per order. They do not let you pay online via Paypal or credit card. So in other words, they only accept cash in person, yet they still charge a processing fee??? Just let the customer pay in advance with PayPal or credit card and you won't have to force people to confirm phone numbers.
