My wife and I drove an hour to check this place out. We definitely were not disappointed. I had the chicken parm with pasta and she had the Carbonara. The portions and the food were excellent. It was definitely worth the trip and we will be coming back!

Not your typical NJ Italian restaurant. Authentic, unique and delicious dishes. Friendly service. We've enjoyed three lunches, a delivery that was lower cost and better value than from similar restaruants ... and we already made reservations for Thanksgiving weekend.

I've visited Luigino's a few times, trying different dishes with my wife, friends and family, and we all agree, this place is a gem, an authentic Italian restaurant in Montclair.
- The place is cozy, charming, open, never too crowded and with plenty of light.
- Service: The servers are always nice and attentive.
- The ambiance is nice, lots of different groups of people, and the decor is authentic with lots of Italian fare.
- The food prepared by the Italian chef is truly delicious; Appetizer: Frito Misto (calamari and Shrimp), clams in red sauce, bread and olive oil, Burrata, Warm Mozzarella.
Main Course: 48oz Porterhouse Steak for two, Branzino Filet, Carbonara, Stuff Gnocchi, Slow Cooked Short Rib, Cacio E Pepe, Double Cut Pork Chop.
Dessert: Tiramisu ??? Bombolini and Gelato
Overall, we truly love going to Luigino's, its masterful Italian cuisine, place and atmosphere makes us want to come back over and over.
Went for a celebration with friends and we had a great time. The food and service were fantastic, will definitely come back!

Went to the place dinner on Saturday night. Place got a decent vibe and atmosphere. I tried their pasta and some appetizer items . The food was served at a very good temperature. Also the taste was really good. I would recommend the gnocchi pasta. I like the ambience of the resturent, however the service quality needs to be improved.

WOW! This place is the real deal! Food is fresh and delicious, portions are big, and service is great! They have rotating specials and they are absolutely delicious! I always get at least one special from the menu. The parmigiana is MASSIVE! It is a bit of a smaller place so a reservation is a must! I cannot wait to come back

If I could give 7Stars I for sure would….. other than me making the Carbonara at home it has been the best I’ve had in Jersey sooo far… Server, and manager were accommodating for a dude by himself with no reservation on a Friday night…. Just to eat here again and enjoy the ambiance I would go here for a date night with me ex-wife?
we celebrated my sister's birthday here for dinner on 8/25/24. The ambiance here literally transports you to an authentic Italian restaurant. It felt like we were back in Italy. Our server was super sweet. She was funny and kind. Everyone enjoyed their food and apps. I didn't love my pasta personally. I got spaghetti and clams and the homemade pasta to me was flavorless and it clumped together leaving the meal dry because the sauce got soaked up. The clams were good and the little bit of sauce I had was good though. I also thought my ceasar salad had a lot of the white ends of the lettuce in there.

absolutely Stellar place. i cannot recommend it enough, i was practically raised by italians (funny enough i bumped into them here) and this place is delicious.
its a beautiful homage to the traditional classic with a few beautiful twists and turns.
the truffle stuffed gnocci is by far one of the best dishes on this earth.
even the pork chop and lamb dish’s were cooked and seasons to absolute perfection.
and their more classic pasta dishes have this beautiful comfort of home cooked italian meals with the elegance and class that comes with great dining experience

We decided to have lunch/dinner at Luigino after my sister's intimate (18 people wedding) and it was the best decision we could have made.The food was great! We did the party package, everyone ate well, there were plenty for all of us. The staff, servers, the customer service was unmatched.Thank you Luigino for adding the finishing touches to my sister's day.
