I chose Mattarello Bakery for a Birthday Canolli Cake. I wanted one that was authentic like we use to have. They did not dissapoint.
It was absolutely beautifully done and tasted amazing. I chose a specific day and time and had it delivered.
It was on time and beuatiful.
It was the best we ever had. Thank you.

This is a delightful family owned backery and cafe. The prices are very reasonable, the cakes, cokies, and sweets are taste and well prepared. The service is excellent. The sandwhiches are stuffed and very eatable. It is a pleasure to write this review.

I’m a Vermont wedding planner and always refer my clients to Mattatello. Alma never disappoints with her beautifully designed cakes and equally as delicious desserts. I feel confident sending my clients to her and know they will be in amazing hands. I’ve ordered from her numerous times for both my business and my own children’s birthday cakes. Stopped in for birthday treats for my husband and was immediately greeted and helped. Friendly staff was helpful in letting us know what was in the pastry case. The prices were a bit high (we got 2 mini cheesecakes, and a tiramisu for almost $23), but the cheesecake was great and had a hint of lemon that really hit the spot. The tiramisu was also really good and not super heavy. Overall I would go back!

Stopped in today and I'm glad I did. Delicious pastries and the cookies are to die for-wow! Had the pistachio cookie- amazing flavor. You can taste the butter! The lady, seemed like the owner, was very sweet and helpful to me!

Love this place because it’s exactly like palazzone but much easier to get to for me (as I live in town). I recommend everything except wtf happened to your chocolate chip cookies?? Probably the best cookies in town but now they’re too sweet and legit gave me stomach pain. Bring back the OG recipes !!!
