I love a good cafe with natural lighting! Mercado blends cafe and lunch spot together with their extensive menu (will be trying a grain bowl next go round).
I happened to go there when their wifi was turned off (11am - 2pm), but once it was put back on, the connection was great and speedy.
I like how you order your food and they deliver it to you (facilitates crowding and allows people to continue their work/convos at the table).
First, I had an apple cake and matcha with oat milk and agave. Both were amazing! The matcha was lovely and the cake was moist and the perfect amount of sweet. Later on, I had a side of fries and water with a salted caramel coffee to go. Everything came out delicious and will definitely be going again!

Oh my gosh. Amazing food and cookies!!! I got oreo cookie and it was great! All food and cookies were very fresh. Its busy and crowded with tables close together so we did carry out. Will return. Excellent service. Loved it.

This is one of my favorite local restaurants for breakfast and lunch. The farmers market omelette with goat cheese is a must, as are the pancakes! Great lattes and pressed juices as well.

I just ordered a macha, a cappuccino, and 2 health bars from grouphub. I just received my grouphub order from Mercado in Montclair and my order was all wrong. The large cappuccino was half filled with mostly foam and hardly no coffee, and the macha was a mocha, and they were both cold and I asked for extra hot! I tried calling the restaurant. The number is unavailable. I tried contacting grouphub they are unavailable, I'm disappointed! Not only am I dissatisfied, but I don't have the beverage that I asked for, and the whole order was horrible, and I ended up spending $30.64 on my entire order that was incorrect and the restauran's number is unavailable so you cant contact anyone there to fix this mistake! It's very frustrating! Never come to this place.
We just moved to the area so we had to try this place out. It didn’t disappoint. We like the vibes of the restaurant. Nice and clean. Food is great. And coffee is on point. 10/10 would recommend!

Today we went for Brunch at Mercado; we had the farmers breakfast and pancakes. The pancakes were really fluffy and the cinnamon butter on top was divine! We love the coffee and cake here too - you really can’t go wrong with this little spot. There’s outdoor seating too - perfect for those warm summer days!
