First time ordering, I'm trying to call this location. And I get a text to order. So I make the order not realizing. The order went to milburn location. How am I supposed to know?There's more locations. If I get a text monclair location, I will assume the the order is going to montclair. You got to fix this. This is a common problem because the the representative told me.
Easy fix, make the customer pick the location before ordering, instead of having a default location dahhhhhhhhhhh
Then the guy on the phone told me if I want it in montclair, I would have to pay 50% percent more. How about fixing the problem, instead of suggesting a ridiculous solution ???? 🤔

A couple of us went to try them out and we were very happy. Its only the first week of opening but they are doing a great job. I had the Rueben with the pastrami and it was fantastic. The meat was done perfectly, the bread was just right, dressing and toppings were perfect. Great job team!

Sandwich was great! Also, staff was extremely friendly. This is my new go to lunch spot. Only negative is that it gets extremely busy around lunch, so you don’t want to wait for your order, I recommend ordering online ahead of time and then picking up. Also, not really any parking near by so be prepared to walk a block or so.

Okay … so it seems that some people are not satisfied with the food or service… however, we had a very good experience and I left craving their ABSOLUTELY FRESH AND DELICIOUS SALAD !!! 🥗 My partner had the Godfather sandwich and he was very satisfied (but loved my salad better) 😉 We are definitely going back !! The outdoor seating is great ! Enjoy 😉

A deli in New Jersey is required by law to have adequate toilet facilities accessible to its employees. Additionally, it may be required to provide restrooms for the public, depending on the size and type of establishment.This place seemed big enough , Long story short they didn't let me use the bathroom after I ordered.
I used to love millburn deli but the quality has really gone down. Almost $20 for a sandwich and all you get is basically bread. I posted a comparison of what I got today and what it’s suppose to look like.. pretty ridiculous. So, if all you care about is bread, then this is your spot ðŸ˜

Clark Kent - fat on corn beef, bread was mushy, corn beef under seasoned, for a pickle you get a slice, low quality beef
Pasta salad - over dressed, pasta is too chunky
Not worth the price, no seating, most of ordering is done on a computer so less interaction with humans not what you go out for I might as well make my sandwich too
Well I adjusted my review after thinking 26 years in the business was a joke but I managed in what you think was a small place called the manor, chato, and high lawn just to name a few. If you don't know all are five diamond places that service any where from 100-300 people in one event and do multiple at a time I also worked for ala cart as a waiter, bartender, captain, and matra di but your right I don't know what you do. You shouldn't be in business if you think a sandwich is so complicated. Try to not be so disrespectful next time. If you don't believe me ask people in local government too if I am lying.
Does it really take nine people walking around to make under rated sandwiches I don't think so being I worked in the business for 26 years
Wow this guy thinks I was a busy boy 😂 he should ask around who I am and for all that know of me should not go to this place. It is rude and over rated and simple or not the customer would like quality not anything you decide to serve and then justify it the way you do. And for all that read this Rosarios just a block away makes a better sandwich with better bread for less and you get more.
Oh and just for your info a popcorn ceiling with exposed pipes is not clean it traps particles from food and outside then drops it on your counters and food like the salad bar area. I don't remember a bathroom either accessable to the public when you have tables outside that should be handicap accessible. But being you think I was just a bus boy I'll let the health department know.
I guess when someone points out your faults in your business you decide to tell others that they don't know what they are talking about or degrade people.

Made me wait for way too long for a sandwich at 4 pm on Thursday eve when it wasn’t even busy. Paid $17 for a below average sandwich. I’d rather go to their Millburn location for a quicker service and better tasting sandwich.

They have great sandwiches but they don't pay attention to the orders. It isn't really that hard when everything you want is written on the form and all they have to do is follow it. Every time I have been there something is done wrong with my sandwich. Either they forget the tomatoes or the cheese or they cut it in that stupid way where there are three pieces of the sandwich instead of just cutting it in half. I don't know why their cut method bothers me but I hate it. Don't get me wrong I am not judging them based on their cut method. I am judging them when I ask that they just cut it in half normally please. Hell I am paying for it why not cut it like I want which is actually normal and arguably faster.
Whatever I will still go because like I said they have great sandwiches.
And why so many people behind the counter all the time?
