I go to this Panera frequently! It's always well kept and the staff here is amazing. They are always so friendly and the manager definitely goes above and beyond to ensure that people are having a good experience. I come here to study and eat and it's my favorite location! They are always so kind with their responses! Totally recommend 10/10!

have such a great experience at Panera every day thanks to a lovely lady Rafi who helped me at the counter. She is so kind, patient, and had the warmest smile. You can tell she genuinely cared about making sure everyone has a good experience. She take the time to answer my questions and made sure my order was just right. It’s rare to come across someone who makes your day a little brighter just by being themselves — but RAFIA absolutely did!
Panera is lucky to have someone like her representing their brand. Thank you for the great service and positive energy!

Visited this location for a quick bite. The server was kind to help me with the gift card as I couldn’t find the option for it on the kiosk device while checking out.
The customized Mediterranean sandwich was good in taste, free chips and coffee completed the meal.
The location was clean, friendly staff and has great ambiance.

Difficulty using the kiosk Fix the problems and I will return Update: 08.13.25 - sadly I returned..upon opening the door, I smelled what could only be described as a mixed odor of body odor + urine. Difficult to to consume my takeout order 🤢
The service here is so amazing especially Raifa (sorry if that’s not spelled correctly!) Never had any issues here and the inside is really spacious

As a neurodivergent I am very comfortable here. If is calming. It is cool. People mind their business like in NYC-although everyone greets you kindly! I eat the same meal every single day since I moved to Jersey. The Mac& Cheese is usually made correctly. Every now and again too watery, the past two days-it’s been too dry. But USUALLY it’s PERFECT. That is why i come every single day!
The employees remind me when i have coupons-I actually never had that happen and i really appreciate it.
It gets a bit slow-but you can imagine how specific the items are. It’s understandable. That’s another reason I come-I can choose every item on my sandwich down to the bread.
(Please start serving Mustard. Or atleast get the condiment packages of it lol)
