I travel over 70 miles occasionally to re-visit the town I grew up in, Forest st., and always stop and eat here with my wife and family. The food here is beyond excellent, especially the pasta meals. Each time we took food back with us. One of the excellent items here is their red sauce…it actually rivals or is more tasting than any Italian restaurant I have eaten in over the years. The sub sandwich’s are packed and the bread is always fresh that we even take a couple back with us…the pizza is fantastic and made the way you want it. The brothers that own it purchased the pizzeria from the original owner when he retired, so they have been there and working for a long time…before that, this place was a dime store that we went to in the 50’s and 60’s as kids, so the location has been here for decades…try it you won’t be disappointed?

That's it, done with this place. Asked for sandwich bread to be slightly toasted and it was burnt. They wrapped it up that way and it was terrible. Never again there.

I always wanted to visit this place since the inauguration, since I live in Gramado and it is very close to where I am. In fact, the architecture and the environment are very beautiful, and the outdoor space on the terrace is quite nice. Unfortunately, however, the service left much to be desired and ended up compromising the entire experience. The orders took a long time, the drinks rarely passed on the table, the waiters didn't explain anything about the pizzas and there were still errors in the orders. There was a lack of attention, organization and, above all, a lot — but a lot — of training. A shame, as the pizza seemed good. In the end, the experience was not positive. A good restaurant isn’t just about food, because care is essential to provide a complete experience and ensure that the product is well delivered from start to finish. At this point, Panzano left much to be desired, even taking into account that it is still open for a short time. Of course, we know that Gramado, in general, is not a destination known for excellence in service, but expected more from this place. I hope you improve the service, as there is potential.

So annoyed after ordering here. I was given the option for a small or large pie and I ordered a small since it was just for my boyfriend and I…. I was given a PERSONAL PIE after paying about $18 for a pie and 2 cans or soda. I was way too tired after work to fight so then I paid another $5 for 2 more slices because I was hungry and annoyed. I’ve never ordered a small pie and gotten a personal, that’s USUALLLY asked- “personal or large pie.” The reheated pizza was not great, the small little tiny pie they made was pretty good.

Literally threw up our stomachs. Grilled chicken Caesar salad wraps. First and last. We live 1 block bc aw as yvand knew instantly that the croutons and dressing were off.

Worst service ever!!!! They rush your food all the time. This is my 3rd time coming here and I literally ordered the same thing and all 3 times I asked them to not put oil n vinegar on my sandwich because I’m allergic and all 3 times I had oil n vinegar on my sandwich. Because I don’t like confrontation I just took the loss but this time I’m not letting it ok they already over charged me I paid 15.46 for a sub and a drink ???!!!! The sandwich is 9$ so where 15 come from and they put oil and vinegar no I want my money! I come back wasted my whole 30 min lunch break and they are giving me a hard time to get my money back. So if I don’t get my money back before 2pm I’m calling the cops!!! Don’t come here food isn’t even good everything dry. Literally only came back cause it’s right across the street from my job but I’ll rather starve !
