Husband and I went for our Anniversary and it was an absolute amazing experience and the food was phenomenal. The waiter was attentive without being invasive and the vibe of the entire places was fun. They do an overhaul of their menu every season, so we will definitely make the trip back soon!

The fusion of Japanese and Italian cuisine was impressive. The gyoza was delicious, though the pasta was slightly too thick. The skewers were excellent, and the ramen was incredibly flavorful. However, the dessert—a beignet-like dish—was poorly presented, served in a paper bag with chocolate dip in a plastic cup, which clashed with the overall presentation. It seems like the restaurant is a bit confused about its concept; they’re aiming for high-quality, potentially Michelin-level food, but the atmosphere features loud pop and R&B music, making it hard to hear the server. While I’d recommend it for the food, it’s not ideal for conversation or a relaxed dining experience. Also, it’s BYOB.

Food was great! I recommend the calamari, the New York strip steak. We had a special which was spicy tuna and a pasta dish. The spicy tuna with crispy rice was amazing?, the pasta was ehh my least favorite. The pasta with pork was good, but compared to the other items it was okay. It’s byob btw! I didn’t know but I enjoyed the mocktails. Service was amazing ! I liked how much they checked in on us and were so nice.

Trash food and super overhyped!!!!!!!!

Over hyped and fake exclusivity. Went here twice my lady got food poisoning twice. It’s pretty clear to me there are trying to manufacture exclusivity.

Dont fall for it!!

I had the cutest girls’ night at Pasta Ramen in Montclair, and it was an absolute blast! We were a group of 10, and everything was just perfect. The codfish was amazing, and the medium-rare steak with that little hint of brown sugar was to die for! We were able to try about 8-10 different appetizers because everything is shareable, which was such a great idea. Highly recommend going with your friends, ordering different entrées, and sharing because you’ll want to taste it all—everything was sooo good!

Oh, and it’s BYOB, so we brought our own drinks and made it a full-on party. Anthony, our waiter, was hilarious and super sweet—he totally made our night even more fun. At around $100 per person, we had plenty of food and the best time. Can’t wait to go back for another girls’ night!

You can tell by the menu it's a chef driven vision so you might get a little lost but service is very informed and although a bit tight, not one thing disappointed. Nice job!

It was really great food, but we felt rushed despite being really excited and celebrating a life milestone.

They pushed us out around the hour mark by offering the dessert to go and bringing the check without us asking. Of note, there were no people waiting for the table when we left.

The restaurant has a great vibe, very instagramable, but the food left something to be desired. The truffle ramen is super overhyped, the truffle was dry and flavorless, with an attempt to cover the flavor with cheaper truffle oil in the pasta sauce. Our server was great, and the atmosphere was cool.

Was not impressed. For the price, it is very over hyped. The calamari was good, the chicken bao buns were okay. Then we got the 55$ black truffle pasta and tonkatsu ramen. The ramen I will give points for being creative even tho it tasted like noodles in tomato soup but the truffle pasta was awful. The truffle was so dry it tasted like paper. Everything was way too salty. Won’t be coming back.

First impressions are everything, and this being out first time left us with a phenomenal experience. The service staff are incredibly knowledgeable about the food and how it's prepared. The last-minute table side prep by them was also very impressive. Presentation is simple but highlights the dish beautifully. Flavors are outstanding, I never would have guessed those combinations, the chef knows what they are doing. A must try!. Pricing is relative and you won't be disappointed..

Went for a birthday! Great service, food comes out very fast, and would come back to try the rest of the menu.
