Let me begin by stating that I rarely give out 5-star reviews. However, this local gem has truly earned every bit of it. I recently visited this place and had an incredible experience. The burritos were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection, while the quesadillas were equally delightful, with gooey cheese and a satisfying crunch. Do not sleep in this place! I almost gave up on eating out because the food as been subpar, expensive, small portions and horrible customer service. Playa Taqueria is on point! Great size portions, quality food and the flavors blend so well. You have happiness with every bite!! Definitely worth anyone's hard earned money!! Also excellent customer service!! Thank you Playa!!!

Playa is my go to when I get off the train and don't want to cook or have anything in my refrigerator. I love their nachos, but I have also tried the shortrib tacos (yummy), the quesadillas and burritos. The portions are decent sized, tasty and fresh. The staff is nice and helpful if you have a question or need a suggestion. I first discovered them at the annual sidewalk sale. I am a fan of Playa Taqueria
