Sat outside with two friends, got the special croissant french toast. Crisped very well with fresh berries and good whipped cream. Was getting packed on a Friday morning-noon.

I really like this place! I'm visiting this week from Jersey City and I'm glad to have found this local spot. The food is very reasonably priced and the service is amazing! All of the employees are awesome! You get so much more than what you pay for. A+++

Everything about this place is five stars!! I'd give it a ten if there were extra stars available! Food is always on point, from breakfast to lunch, I've never had a bad experience. The staff is super friendly, hard working, and always service with a smile. Ray's is my go to spot, even for takeout. You guys rock! Keep up the good work! I'm a customer for life!
I ordered a single patty hamburger deluxe (single patty + lettuce + tomatoes + fries) to go and really enjoyed it. Burger gets 4-stars and comes on poppy seed kaiser roll and the fries get 5-stars because they are extra crispy and not greasy. Quality and great value
The staff is sweet and the place is clean.

The Food is great! I have never had a bad plate. The family that owns this establishment is top notch and incredibly friendly. The outdoor seating on a bright sunny day is very cool.

This place is great. Highly recommended. Friendly, family-like atmosphere. Excellent coffee and homemade breakfast items, reasonably priced. We were staying nearby and so glad that we found this place. It was one of the best parts of our trip. We had breakfast here every morning. It's so good, we didn't even consider anywhere else.

I love Ray’s. The staff. The food. The place.
When we moved to the area six years ago, we were searching - not just for a good meal, but for a place that felt like home. A place where we could sit down, breathe, and let the morning unfold without pressure or any pretense. That kind of place is hard to find these days, especially when you’re new, when you’re tired, when you’re raising little kids and trying to find your rhythm in a new town.
Then we found Ray’s.
Starting at a young age, I’d bring my daughter and we’d sit at the counter - just the two of us, sharing pancakes or breakfast tacos and a hot chocolate, watching the staff hustle behind the counter. Those are memories she still talks about. She remembers the warmth, the smiles, the way Andrea and Jen made her feel like she mattered. That’s something I’ll always be grateful for.
Ray’s has always been about more than the food, but let me start there because the food is something special. The menu reads like a classic diner but what Angelica, her husband, her mom, and their tight, kind crew put out of that kitchen comes from the heart. It’s food that nourishes more than your stomach.
Start with the BEC on a Kaiser with the cheese melted just right, wrapped in foil so it all steams together and becomes something perfect in its simplicity. Or get the old school breakfast burrito, and do yourself a favor ask for the house-made salsa verde. (That salsa should be bottled and sold, but I’m glad it’s not. It belongs here. It belongs to this place.)
The breakfast tacos are loaded with care. The beef stew on a cold day is as comforting as a favorite blanket. And the chopped cheese? That started as a special request and became a staple because people kept asking for it - and because they listened.
That’s what makes Ray’s different. They listen. They remember. They care.
Angelica and her family have built something rare in today’s world - a place where people matter as much as the food. A place where kindness is part of the recipe. I’ve watched my kids grow up at that counter. I’ve watched the staff greet them like cousins, aunties, and uncles. I’ve watched them laugh with us, check in on us, and make us feel like we belong, along with countless other regulars.
So visit Ray’s and please…always check the specials!

I don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience here, I had to! Especially after seeing some of the ridiculous negative comments. Honestly, I have no idea what those people were talking about, because this place exceeded every expectation I had. If I could give 10 stars I would. The atmosphere, servers & food were absolutely fantastic! I have recommended this place to a lot of friends and family who have fell in love with it. This place is an absolute gem, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

The servers are so nice, but the food is inedible. Every time I’ve come for anything involving eggs in the past year, the eggs are completely raw. I have to send my plate back every time and the last straw was getting a to go order with the same issue and my omelette was so salty it was inedible even after I had to recook it at home on the pan. Went straight in the trash. What a waste of food and money. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back and will miss the sweet, kind servers.
