First and foremost the space is nice, cozy and aesthetically pleasing. Love the fact that there’s free Wi-Fi and outlets on and near the tables. Love the Ghanaian representation. However, as for what I ordered: a large hibiscus ice tea… All I’ll say is the hibiscus was not in the room ( no where to be found to be exact). It was as if I was drinking food coloring water. Usually hibiscus ice teas is my safe choice, due to the fact that I have a high standard for coffee. Would I come again, yes for the atmosphere, would I give the hibiscus tea a second chance?… No! I did hear their banana breads are good. Maybe I’ll try that next time.

Really fantastic local cafe. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the design and making it welcoming to casual visitors as well as people searching for a refuge to get some work done. I also like that it's a pure coffee shop. Some baked goods but a pure experience that focuses on atmosphere and quality.

Went there just for a quick coffee break, the interior is nice, the worker is nice, the food and the drinks are really good. If you have the time, you should definitely try this place. If anyone watch Ginny and Georgia, the Netflix series, its almost similar. Its really nice.

I love a really good coffee shop/cafe! This one is super special. This place is so well designed and has the absolute best coffee. I am serious about quality and they get it right every time. It's great for cozy meetings or working solo or to rent out for events. Good for kids too! There is easy parking too. Love this spot!!

Wonderful peaceful atmosphere. Comfy seating with nooks to plug in and work. Locally authored books in the shelves. The chai has a perfect balance of herbs and spices and is not too sweet. Also had an amazing empanada and a freshly baked-on-premises cookie. Love the local focus of this cafe. Will come back again to try the fresh leaf teas and the other empanadas.

This place is such a vibe! I visited after my eye dr appointment and it most certainly won’t be my last time visiting. I had a special coffee called the Samoa and it was amazing. I also had a chocolate croissant that was flaky and filled to the brim. I’m writing this review days After visiting this establishment because I can’t get the coffee out of my head. If you were in the area and need a place to work remotely or just enjoy a great cup of coffee, this is the place for you.

Beautiful cafe with a great vibe. There are card games for the little ones, books and toys. The banana bread is absolutely the best one in town.

Rolled up to Sankofa Café to catch up on some work mid-day, and it’s hands-down the best setup I’ve found for getting things done. There’s a loungy space, private booths, and more than enough charging spots for laptops or gear. It gives you that Starbucks pre-COVID feeling for remote workers—but with more character.

The staff were super welcoming, and the food and drinks were solid. I went with an almond croissant and a chai latte—both hit the spot. Comfortable, well-designed, and friendly. Great pit stop for anyone who works on the go.
