The service is great here and the food is even better. They clearly use fresh ingredients paired with delicious rolls. Ordered the Cousin Cheech, delicious with a nice spice. Can't wait to come back and try their other menu options.

Since I couldn’t leave a review on Uber Eats, I will do it here. I spent $45 on lunch and my $16 Caesar wrap was horrific. It was literally lettuce and chicken stuffed in a wrap, no croutons or cheese like it said on the app. If there was even any dressing, it had to be the tiniest drop of dressing. This was the driest most disgusting rap I’ve ever had. I will never order from here again.

Everytime I get a sandwich from Sparos I shake my head thinking this is the best damn sandwich I've ever had. And it is. The Sparo on seeded semolina is the best sandwich I have ever had.

Just ordered lunch from Sparo's && I had a small procedure that I couldn't drive this time. They have no idea how much they made my day when they randomly upgraded my sandwich for me!! (Don't be rude && just order to expect a surprise upgrade, life doesn't work like that I've been ordering from them for well over a year to note).
Now this isn't the only reason I'm leaving a review I finally have the time...it's been a long time coming...the food is AMAZING. The customer service is PHENOMENAL. The attention to detail with portion size && putting together a great meal is TOP TIER. I NEVER leave disappointed, I've NEVER regretted any of the choices off the menu. Personal favs are the sandwiches, they make them like how I remember sub shops made subs when I was a kid...they actually understand the EXTRA O/V ;). I always recommend this place to friends, family, people passing through. A personal favorite! Thank you to everyone that works there for all that you do, may the hunger gods grace you with happiness and bellies that are always full and I hope you always have amazing clients that support your business! Great sandwiches. Seems chaos reigns at lunch time. Our phone order was placed at 11:20 said it would be ready at 11:45. Went to pick up order was told it be ready very shortly. Waited 15 more minutes as others were being taken care of. Inquired again bout my order. They checked and it was ready and had been bagged and sitting there ?‍♂️.. seems the quality of the food far exceeds the organization and service

Better Life Recovery in Caldwell LOVES Sparo's Deli! We order from here at least once a week and the staff and food are UNBELIEVABLE. Even though they are almost always busy (because their food is that good), the staff is always hustling with cheerful demeanor to take care of their customers. We will always come to Sparos and recommend you do too!
