The tall light skinned girl with the deep voice, long black hair and tattoos on her arm was extremely rude! Everyone else has always been pleasant

As someone who used to work for starbucks I can understand how hectic and sometimes frustrating it can be behind the bar. Although that is not something that should be taken out on customers. Unfortunately this is my second unpleasant experience with barista patricia and her attitude/face/tone is just not welcoming whatsoever. She seemed very bothered taking my order the first time and even handing me my drink. I think there is always room for improvement! :)

I have never experienced such disrespect from a Starbucks employee. The lady at the register had an attitude, and literally dropped the app scanner and made us do it ourselves. And the coffee was poorly made and they couldn’t care less. I will never be coming to this location again. Please replace staff with those who actually want to work. Thank you.

The dogs in food stores is becoming an epicemic. That's unsanitary and unfair to folks who are allergic to animals. Dogs are literally sniffing their noses where food and chips are and then us consumers walk in and purchase it.

Best Starbucks AND coffee shop in the area, period! Had the pleasure of coming to this Starbucks two days in a row due to filming in the area, and the staff at this Starbucks were absolutely incredible! I had a coffee order with over 38 drinks and the baristas didn't mess up ONE SINGLE ORDER! Very Impressive! Working in the industry and getting coffee orders for crew can be very overwhelming, but the staff at this particular Starbucks made it an easy and unforgettable experience. I walked in a customer, but feel left out having made new friends! Special shout out to Bella, Jeffery and especially Patty! Truly thank Patty for the outstanding customer service and positive attitude during the entire experience there!

I order a breve chai latte 2 pumps of chai two shots of expresso and had a stomachs ache . That’s because the man who took my order put down a splash of breve and there was milk in it. I’m lactose intolerant. Really upset over the lack of understanding of what I communicated back to the man at least 4 times !!! I have never experienced this at other Starbucks throughout the world and the US and especially in NJ

this is my fav study spot! the staff are super friendly and i always have a great experience. i feel welcomed and the drinks are great. i’ll miss going basically every day when i’m away at college this location is a gem and no other starbucks ive been to offers this level of customer service. 10/10 experience

Rude Staff. I Placed My order through the app & it was wrong. Took them 15mins To Correct It. I Also Paid For Additional Add On Like Extra Strawberries, Raspberry Pearls & I Didn’t Not Receive It. I Asked Twice & Their Acted Like They Could Hear. I Asked For A Extra Cup & It Tried To Give Me A Small White Cup.

Drinks are inconsistent. Iced shaken espressos is mainly foam and half filled. Staff is glued to their phones delaying service. Customers are waiting longer than needed while baristas are scrolling on their phone moving like sloths. Took way too long for my drink.

This Starbucks location is nice. But, expect very long turnaround times due to discourteous and careless staff. I recommended trying a different location.
