With Erin, you not only get a delicious latte that is made of with love, but you also get an infectious smile, a “how was your day” and encouraging word. With her, and the many great employees at this place, you get a Starbucks that is one of a kind.
So Cate, AJ, and Peyton, if you have someone who cared enough to show concern that one of you was being harmed, and the best you can do is get together, be annoyed, be ditzy, and write fake reviews, then maybe you should Karen yourself somewhere else.

A barista named Erin was making assumptions about my friends relationship, saying that my friend was abusive (hitting her, calling her crazy) which is VERY far from the truth. She gave bad service, (forgetting our water and food that we payed for), and was overall not helpful whatsoever. I think something needs to be done about this woman.

erin, worker there, commented on my relationship and claimed she saw my boyfriend punch me when in reality we two were joking around. she then continued to raise her voice and lecture him about how he needs to change and never hit me again, in front of everyone. she would not give us our order until he went up to the pickup station to listen to her. she made false accusations in front of everyone in the store and embarrassed the group of people i was with, she then further threatened to file a report on the incident despite it being her fault.

This Starbucks is AMAZING!! They literally make my day! Working in a stressful environment I love coming to pick up my coffee. From the moment I walk in my day is set. The staff is friendly, accommodating and very funny. They always make me feel welcomed, and I’ve seen this with a lot of other customers. Hands down the best Starbucks!❤️❤️

As someone who used to work for starbucks I can understand how hectic and sometimes frustrating it can be behind the bar. Although that is not something that should be taken out on customers. Unfortunately this is my second unpleasant experience with barista patricia and her attitude/face/tone is just not welcoming whatsoever. She seemed very bothered taking my order the first time and even handing me my drink. I think there is always room for improvement! :)

I have never experienced such disrespect from a Starbucks employee. The lady at the register had an attitude, and literally dropped the app scanner and made us do it ourselves. And the coffee was poorly made and they couldn’t care less. I will never be coming to this location again. Please replace staff with those who actually want to work. Thank you.

The dogs in food stores is becoming an epicemic. That's unsanitary and unfair to folks who are allergic to animals. Dogs are literally sniffing their noses where food and chips are and then us consumers walk in and purchase it.

Best Starbucks AND coffee shop in the area, period! Had the pleasure of coming to this Starbucks two days in a row due to filming in the area, and the staff at this Starbucks were absolutely incredible! I had a coffee order with over 38 drinks and the baristas didn't mess up ONE SINGLE ORDER! Very Impressive! Working in the industry and getting coffee orders for crew can be very overwhelming, but the staff at this particular Starbucks made it an easy and unforgettable experience. I walked in a customer, but feel left out having made new friends! Special shout out to Bella, Jeffery and especially Patty! Truly thank Patty for the outstanding customer service and positive attitude during the entire experience there!
