I go to Starbucks A LOT! This Starbucks is the only Starbucks where you hear staff members saying ‘Hi’ or ‘Good morning’ and when you’re leaving you hear have a good day/afternoon/evening while making many drinks. Nothing is perfect but the staff members do an awesome job juggling everyone’s different personalities and expectations. Christina is an awesome manager. Staff members are all very patient and acknowledge you. I can’t say this about the many Starbucks I go too.

One Carmel Iced Latte as aid-day pick me up ! Great Starbucks on Church Street. It's crowded most of the time, but the staff is efficient, professional & quick ! Their holiday selections are sweet, & they offered free tastes of holiday coffee both times I was there !

I do not recommend this Starbucks whatsoever. The environment they prepare their food and drinks in is absolutely DISGUSTING. They have no proper service etiquette and barley interact with the customers. Several times I've ordered a sandwich and they hand me an empty bag as they greet my face with no emotion."nothing left, you can get back in line to receive a refund," they tell me.Why on earth would I get back in line!! Starbucks, do better.

New workers which most of them are doing a decent job, however i came to this store a couple of times in the last two weeks and got an attitude from one of the cashiers in the morning shift. This is the second time she does the same thing one her coworkers said her name is (Jenny), the worst customer service.
