They don't know what a pour over is. I asked for a pour over and they started to give me a regular coffee instead. I guess Starbucks no longer knows coffee.

I specially asked the barista for oat milk, still he did half oat milk n did the rest with normal milk. Thank goodness I saw it, otherwise would've ended up in hospital. Lack of service, this is not okay! Is this how you treat your customers?

The barista that took my order was super rude. Gave so much attitude. And then the barista who made the drinks was just sliding the drinks in the counter hard enough where they tilted and could’ve fell. Idk what was up with them but they need to be more personable

I love Starbucks, but I will never go to this location ever again. It’s extremely dirty, and always stinks when you walk inside. The drinks are watered down so badly, and more than half the cup is filled with ice. When using them on Door Dash or Uber Eats, they are notorious for missing or incorrect items. I recently ordered four drinks for a meeting. One of them was a chestnut praline latte. They were out of chestnut praline so they sent NOTHING instead of just sending a plain latte. That would be common sense! Never again. I have spoken to the managers numerous times and they couldn’t care less. Get it together!

I was just here maybe 30 minutes ago with my wife and brother in law. Young lady with the piercings and lashes was giving us dirty looks because we were still trying to figure out what to order. While we were waiting for our food my wife spotted that she was talking to one of the workers while glancing at us. After we received our food my sandwich and my brother in law’s wrap were cold. I’ve been here a few times with my wife and she’s a regular here without ever having problems, unfortunately this was our one and only bad experience here so far. We apologize for not being ready to order as soon as we walked in but we shouldn’t be treated poorly because of it.

One of the best Starbucks locations I've been to. Even though it's often busy, the staff always gets my order right, and the quality is consistently great. My coffee never tastes burnt, and they never forget the little details, like caramel drizzle. Highly recommend—just be patient during peak times!
