Today I went to Starbucks with my friend and she ordered a grande strawberry Acai with vanilla cold foam, peach juice, mango dragon, fruit, light ice, and blended drink when it was not blended and had no dragon fruit base I went up to the employee and he said it was blended, but it did not look or tasted blended along. They forgot to add the extra things I paid for which was very frustrating. All my. friend could taste was peach juice and a hint of cold foam. I’m i’m disappointed that they didn’t have any of ingredients that I paid for eight dollars

I just got coffee at some other place. Someone told me that the other place was pretty nice but I tried the coffee and it wasn’t really nice. It was so not nice that I actually poured it out………….
so thankfully this Starbucks serves good coffee so I arrived at the Starbucks with my newly emptied cup and they put in good Starbucks coffee in it and then I was a happy person. Thank you.

Extremely Unfair and Disappointing Experience
I’m writing this because I’m honestly furious about how my brother was treated at this Starbucks this morning. He showed up 20 minutes before the store opened just to get one of the special release cups. He was the first person in line, waiting patiently outside, doing everything right.
When the store finally opened, the barista said there was only one of the special cups available. But instead of selling it to the first person who had been waiting all that time, the male barista gave it to a police officer who walked in after my brother. It was obvious favoritism, and it was completely unfair.
My brother left empty-handed and upset, even though he’d gone out of his way to be early and respectful. Starbucks, this is not acceptable. Your employees should treat every customer equally and with integrity, not hand out limited items based on who they personally know.

I never write reviews on places, but after being repeatedly unsatisfied i thought i’d warn others about ordering here. i’ve ordered here multiple times in the morning on my way to school, i order ahead so that my drink is ready to pick up so im not late. the last time i ordered ahead i was a bit disappointed to realize they didn’t put whipped cream on my drink, and i ordered an iced white chocolate mocha that honestly tasted like battery acid, (i wish i was exaggerating) but not a big deal i don’t care that much so i went about my day. however, this morning i decided to order an iced vanilla crème protein latte. where if you read the description the only aspect of the drink that contains protein is the cold foam.
i ordered ahead as per usual and when i got there i first thought my drink wasn’t ready yet even though i ordered 15 mins in advance. after looking at the drinks i realized mine WAS ready, it just didn’t have cold foam. i raised this concern to the barista who seemed confused, she talked with another barista and they both looked at the drink description on their ipad. she then tells me that the drink is not supposed to come with cold foam to which i showed her my app where it comes with cold foam by default.
this is where i became extremely confused and a little frustrated, because if im ordering a protein latte that only has protein in the cold foam, how could it not come with cold foam????? she then asked me if i wanted normal cold foam on it? when it was clear i ordered, again, the protein latte that comes with PROTEIN cold foam. idk what’s up with their “system” that showed the drink didn’t come with cold foam which makes absolutely 0 sense. if i wanted a normal latte with no protein and regular cold foam i would’ve ordered that. the baristas quickly remedied the issue by putting the cold foam on but it costed me time and i was late to school.
i’m super unsatisfied with my recent experiences at this starbucks, they need to fix their system. i’m giving the baristas the benefit of the doubt that they were telling the truth because they were nice and patient about it and apologized, but if you’re on a time crunch in the morning and expect a quality drink you spend 9 dollars on, order elsewhere.

My favorite Starbucks! Sometimes you will have to wait a little bit longer because this location is by a college campus, but I just order earlier to accommodate. Staff is very friendly!

They don't know what a pour over is. I asked for a pour over and they started to give me a regular coffee instead. I guess Starbucks no longer knows coffee.

I specially asked the barista for oat milk, still he did half oat milk n did the rest with normal milk. Thank goodness I saw it, otherwise would've ended up in hospital. Lack of service, this is not okay! Is this how you treat your customers?

The barista that took my order was super rude.
Gave so much attitude. And then the barista who made the drinks was just sliding the drinks in the counter hard enough where they tilted and could’ve fell. Idk what was up with them but they need to be more personable
If you wanna wait 30 minutes for a latte this is the spot
