I was just here maybe 30 minutes ago with my wife and brother in law. Young lady with the piercings and lashes was giving us dirty looks because we were still trying to figure out what to order. While we were waiting for our food my wife spotted that she was talking to one of the workers while glancing at us. After we received our food my sandwich and my brother in law’s wrap were cold. I’ve been here a few times with my wife and she’s a regular here without ever having problems, unfortunately this was our one and only bad experience here so far. We apologize for not being ready to order as soon as we walked in but we shouldn’t be treated poorly because of it.

One of the best Starbucks locations I've been to. Even though it's often busy, the staff always gets my order right, and the quality is consistently great. My coffee never tastes burnt, and they never forget the little details, like caramel drizzle. Highly recommend—just be patient during peak times!

Been to this place all the time, but todays evening order was horrible. Asked specifically for less ice but received two drinks with more than half the cup filled with it. Very disappointing. Was much better few months ago. Very overpriced for bunch of ice.

Needs no review. This location has become a staple over the years. Busy, helpful servers mix well with locals. Staff changes a lot, but the culture behind the bar keeps its happy to see you excellence. I’m a constant traveler around the US and the Upper Montclair Starbucks remains the benchmark.
