Some dishes very good, some very puzzling, such as the hot and sour soup that had very few solid ingredients in the liquid (most iterations of this dish tend to be loaded with various elements), or the cold sesame noodles that were minimally sauced and thus not very flavorful. There are howevery enough tasty options to make this place worth a try.

Honestly one of the best Chinese spots around. The food always tastes super fresh and flavorful, and the best part is it’s not greasy or heavy like most places. You can actually enjoy your meal without feeling guilty afterwards!
Everything tastes clean and made with good ingredients you can tell they really care about quality. It’s my go-to when I’m craving Chinese but still want something that feels healthy. Highly recommend!

I choose the take-out only on 199 Bellevue Ave, Montclair. It is no more than a store front; but a very busy one. I was disappointed in the food, while the selection is the largest I've ever seen, the unique dishes don't meet up to standard I have gotten accustomed too. Maybe it was an off day or maybe they try to have too many dishes, and thus loose quality.

I've been going to T.S. Ma for almost 20 years and it's always remained consistently the best Chinese food in the area. We always get takeout and the way they pack their food never compromised on flavor or quality. We recently ordered catering for a party at home and Christine took care of us! She recommended popular dishes, sizes and even checked up on how it went after the party. Service is always amazing. The Beef Chow Fun is our favorite!
