Admittedly I am from Cornwall in the U.K. so I guess this makes me an âexpertâ on Cornish Pasties but these were singularly the worst version I have ever had. Anyone who knows this pie will know itâs NEVER made with ground meat but thatâs what they have gone for, presumably because itâs cheaper than using chuck steak. Couple that with the lack of black pepper ( another vital component) and you are left with what I had a tasteless soggy hand pie.
First time customer. I had heard about the Key Lime pie being great . I found it to be good tasting but way too much sugar.Never again.I had nightmares all night from the sugar.

Weâve always wanted to try a mince pie, and this year I finally went for it . I got a mince pie from the pie store and it was absolutely delicious! So fresh, baked perfectly, with such tasty filling, my whole family loved it. Just had to put it in the oven for 15 mins and done!
The whole place has such a pleasant vibe, from their chicken pot pie to apple pie everything is great!

While the pies truly are wonderful and delicious, it's good to know that this isn't a cozy, sit-down type of place. It's a pickup counter with friendly service. But they won't heat up a pie for you.

Cheddar cheese scones, chocolate mousse pie, and chicken madras soccer pie are to die for. No doubt everything else is great too!

This place is daylight robbery. Only come for the pastrys and avoid the British snacks completely. They donât list the prices for any of the snacks and it is such a rip off - almost double any other British speciality shop I have been to in the US. 15 dollars for twiglets and 10 dollars for sherbet lemons is greedy. I shouldnât have spent my money here.
âThe Pie Storeâ is an absolute gem! If you havenât been, youâre seriously missing out on a slice of heavenâpun totally intended. Every time I walk in, Iâm hit with the warm, comforting aroma of freshly baked pies, and I know Iâm about to experience something special.
Their chicken pie is a revelationâsavory, perfectly seasoned, and packed with tender, flavorful chicken wrapped in a golden, flaky crust thatâs sheer perfection. Itâs the ultimate comfort food, whether youâre having it for lunch, dinner, or just because you want something amazing.
And donât get me started on their apple pie. Itâs everything you dream an apple pie should beâsweet, tangy apples, a touch of cinnamon, and a buttery, crumbly crust that melts in your mouth. Itâs the kind of pie that feels like a warm hug on a crisp day. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and youâre in dessert heaven.
But the real showstopper? Their turkey pie, which is available only around Thanksgiving and Christmas. Itâs a holiday miracle in pie form! Imagine tender turkey, rich gravy, and just the right mix of veggies all encased in that legendary crust. Itâs like theyâve bottled up all the holiday joy and baked it into a pie. I literally count down the days until the holiday season just so I can snag one (or five).
The Pie Store isnât just about the pies, though. The staff is always friendly, and you can tell they put so much love into every single thing they make. Itâs the kind of place that makes you feel like part of the family, and honestly, I canât recommend it enough. Whether youâre stopping by for a quick bite or picking up a feast for the holidays, âThe Pie Storeâ never disappoints. Itâs hands down my favorite pie spot, and Iâll be a loyal customer for life!

Nice pastries and pretty authentic, but very expensive in my opinion. $13 for a pasty and $9 for sausage roll is too expensive for what they are.

Amazing food. Best chicken pot pie I have EVER had. Great value, they do not skimp on the meat at all. My husband loves the turkey pie. The steak ale pie is incredible too.

Person who answered the phone was so rude. It deterred me from even purchasing anything from the store.

Tried a gourmet sausage roll. The crust was really good but the sausage was bland, it lacked any real flavor.
