Food is great. My favorite to go to pasta spot. ?

Beware-25% unpublished price hike. I ordered a couple of pies with a few toppings and was surprised when the bill was 25% higher than their website's pricing. During pick-up I was told that the pricing had changed "a few months ago" ...how does it take a few months to update your website pricing? To top it off the counter lady was a bit rude when I asked why the price was so different....the pizza is pretty good but nothing exceptional....still using the same rotary steel rack ovens from when it was Villa Victoria...

Food was excellent! Staff was friendly. Highly recommend the Penne Vodka - Best Vodka Sauce in NJ!

Bad pizza , expensive and very very bad service , after waiting too long because they made my pizza wrong , pizza was bad , not good at all ! And to finish when we paid , we paid by card , we were about to give the tips in Cash , we were taken our stuff to go , and a guy came to us asking us what happens , which I told him , that pizza was not good but okay , and then he replies : “ ohh I’m asking because you didn’t give any tips “””” ???? My husband told him that that’s optional and depends by service that they provide ( but we were ready to give tips in cash ) after that , he replies that he wish that we never come back !!!! I reapplied don’t worrie we will not coming back to this place !!! Horrible food and service !!! Also no table change for babies !!! ????????

This place went downhill years ago. We miss the old Villa, but Populari in Bloomfield is better in every way.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. We only went one time. The pizza is ok. The service was terrible and the whole place is dirty. There are plenty of other wonderful pizza places in the area to go to. Don't waste your time here.

I have given this pizzeria multiple opportunities because I’m a local Montclairian, but no more. Every time I order from this place, the service is more and more shocking. Horrendous attitude. Always late, always rude, and consistently cold. I don’t know how they continue business in a town known for their quality food and restaurants.

This is one of the most shadiest pizzeria you’ll see.. Supposedly they changed ownership within five days, they don’t have delivery drivers right now. Work conditions unsanitary to say the least. It’s a wonder how this place is open..

This has been my favorite pizza place for the last 20 years. There was always a slight hint of garlic that made it so tasty. Loved the crust (no cornmeal all over it) and really nice mozzarella. They've never been known for their customer service (mistakes with orders, a little snippy on the phone), but the "chef" was always a delight to work with on catering orders. You don't care so much about that because the food is so delicious, esp the pizza. Their chicken scampi slices were THE best. I was really sad to read on NJ.com they they'd be closing soon, so I called to place perhaps my last order. Got a pizza, Cesar salad w/ no grated cheese and pasta w/bolognese sauce - exactly as I had asked - all was perfect. Even the person answering the phone showed great customer service. I had asked for a few different items, all of which they were out of. When I picked up, there was a walk-in order who also asked for 1-2 items that were not on the menu, all signs that they seem to be limiting inventory as they wind down. So, if you love their pizza like me, give them a ring, pick it up (avoid the problems I've read about with delivery delays), and savor your last bites of the most delicious pizza this area has known. I will miss you ;-(

Villa has absolutely fallen off in the past few months. Delivery takes up to two hours regardless of the day or time you order. When you call to confirm your order, no one answers and we’ve been hung up on multiple times. 90 percent of the time, our orders are wrong. And their solution is “to just eat and the next time you order it’s free”. And depending on who answers the phone, will determine how your order comes out. we order the samething every time and are often told “they can’t be made”, depending on who answers the phone., so their employees aren’t even aware of what the chefs are capable of making. Definitely done with villa

I worked here for literally 3 days and each were 11 hour shifts straight. It was such a toxic and unsanitory environment. Wasn’t even trained and was told to work counter, phone, sandwiches and occasionally oven. There is literal cockroaches and bugs in the kitchen. Everyone has the IQ of a goldfish, poor service, the workers run around like chickens with no heads, lady who runs it does not treat her works with respect. Also known for not paying their workers. Should’ve looked at the reviews before working here

Pizza still pretty good, customer service worse than ever. Phone rings, no one picks up. Where are the specialty slices like chicken parm? Customer asked where is Floyd and new owner was very rude. Shame.

Villa Victoria Pizzeria was a favorite of mine. My significant other and I would go to the dining room and enjoy lunch specials. Two years ago, we had a lovely reunion with friends at this eatery. Lately, this restaurant has gone downhill. The price for lunch specials has gone up by three dollars. You don't get anymore than you did before There is no longer any variety. Most of the entrees are chicken. What is wrong with eggplant seafood or beef? The last time I went to the pizzeria section, I had a horrible experience. I ordered a sandwich. The woman taking the order got it wrong. I waited 40 minutes for an order that never arrived. At least I got my money back!
