We had an event recently of around 40 people, food was delicious and atmosphere was nice. The service needs improvement. Manager in charge as well as the servants were not friendly, arrogant and need better manners when dealing with customers. A high quality restaurant such as this needs servers with humility, respect and kindness. I was one of the organizers and was paying for the bill, I received little to no respect.
Had lunch with friends today (Monday) . Food was ok ! But the staff weren’t friendly at all.
Our waiter Orlando had no sense of humor.
I can imagine if it is end of the week and they are tired ( still not acceptable) but Monday lunch !!!!
