Got a bowl and my friend got a wrap. The chicken was tender and so was the smaller bits of lamb I got on the side and really well packed with flavor. Not only that but the bowl was so colorful that I almost felt bad eating it. NGL this was some of the best mediterranean I have had in a minute.

During my visit, I experience good customer service; an employee is kind and helpful with navigating the menu options. The eatery seems to operate by a make your own bowl/meal system. Lovely restaurant by Montvale NJ. Build your own Mediterranean bowl is the main style here. They also have gyros and salad.

I ordered salmon bowl with brown rice, salad, corn, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, hummus and fried pita chips. The portion is definitely worth it. Love the salmon. Cooked beautifully, juicy inside. I want to hi-light the sweet potatoes. Such a great flavor. Fresh and soft.
