I order thru app and while waiting at drive thru for my order I asked for glass of water no ice. The guy said ok closed the window and then opened it up again and said we have to charge you... I did not argue as I was out of water in my car and paid for medium glass as requested. I did ask for reciept and he gave it to me thus I am posting it... never ever at any tacobell even at this location in past I was never charged if asked for water. He asked me if I want bottled water I said no but medium glass is fine and I got charged $3.19 including tax. They rang it up as Pepsi. Attached reciept for everyone this is i dont know what to say but 1st time for me where I got charged for water no ice.

I love this location. Everyone is always adorable & well mannered. The food is always fresh. You know how some Taco Bell’s skimp on the meat in the tacos? They don’t. Not that they give you more than other places. They give you the proper amount. I have never had stale chips or taco shells, which happens at a lotta Taco Bells. The outside seems clean. Never been inside.

Woman working the drive through window at night was incredibly rude. refused to give us the drinks that came with our orders and was talking back to us. been coming here since i was in elementary school and never experienced anything like this.

The person who answers the phone at the drive through at night is the worst to have. This is the 2nd time I come to order and he either doesn’t understand what I’m saying and makes me repeat many times, and when he get it, he says we don’t serve sandwiches here, I don’t know how you keep such a stupid person like this to pick orders. I’ve been to many taco bell locations and every time I get sandwiches without the meal. But this dumb person makes me upset and I leave without ordering.

Its unbelievable how long this taco bell takes to make an order. Every time lately. Tonight there are like 15 cars on line and it hasnt moved in 15 minutes. How does this place make money. This is suppose to be fast food. Wheres the owner lol. I just saw 4 employees leave and go home at 10:30 but the line is this long. How does this place operate.

The prices at taco bell have gotten out of control, it is ridiculously expensive for fast food.
Food is good, I mean it’s a franchise so the quality of food is similar in almost all locations.. the issue is they never have my order ready, I order 20-30 min advance but it’s never ready. They almost all the time start making the order when I arrive… then what exactly is the point of ordering from your phone in advance??
Ok, a little update, got my order exactly in 43 min, explain to me how this would be considered fast food?
