Mine and wife's fish were dry and overcooked. Soggy vegetables and dry rice. Restaurant was 80% empty on a Friday Night. Hadn't been there in a year or two. Service was very good, but couldn't help the food.

Stopped by Bonefish Grill for lunch out of nostalgia and was honestly taken aback by how far it has declined. I was not expecting fine dining, but I also was not expecting canola oil served with the bread casually dressed up with green flecks to make it look like olive oil. I only found out after asking the waiter directly. That detail alone says everything. The food overall felt processed and empty, like it was designed to look acceptable rather than taste good. What used to be a dependable chain now feels like a hollow version of itself. At this point it is essentially a dressed up McDonald’s with table service. The staff was friendly and did their job well, but good service cannot rescue food that has sunk this low. Whatever identity this place once had is gone.
